    Great vlog as always. I actually watched yours on Burlington and I'm so attached to the area which provokes a question: which city of these two is more affordable especially for a new comer?
    Thanks in advance ❤️

      Great question & thanks so much for watching! Generally speaking, the two cities are very comparable price wise, but the rule of thumb is the closer you get to Toronto, the more expensive it is. There is also the added “prestige” of living in Oakville so generally you can expect to pay a little bit more to call Oakville home.
      If you love the Oakville feeling, the Orchard in Burlington is very similar to the design of Oakville’s north end - ruclips.net/video/GyCPFfsNzbI/видео.html

    Hey Rochelle. How much can I expect a a 2 bed basement for rent in Oakville or Burlington please.

    • @TheGenuineRealtors
      @TheGenuineRealtors  2 года назад +1

      Rentals aren't my expertise but I've seen them for around $1,900/month + utilities (so water, gas, electricity, internet, cable, etc)
      That said, tomorrow's episode will be right up your alley!

    I've heard much about Oakville and how tranquil it is. But just wondering if how safe is it especially for blacks who wants to move into the community. I hope you don't find my question offensive, thank you.

      No offence at all! As a white woman I can’t speak directly to how someone of colour feels living in Oakville - but I did have someone reach out last year about moving to somewhere they’d feel safe & comfortable to live their life.
      So, I started actively asking people - from those people all but a couple said they felt very safe & felt like the community embraced them.
      Oakville, Milton & Burlington were all spoken of as welcoming. Most people in Hamilton felt safe, but those who chose to live in the core were the ones who felt a little less safe.
      Having helped many people from Asia, the Middle East & many more, anyone I’ve circled back & asked specifically about any incidents of racism, were all very happy with their communities.
      Hope this helps answer your questions! If you’d like more insights, I’m happy to connect & help ☺️ Hello@GenuineRealtor.com
