Of all the larger houses advertised online, this, to me, is the best assembled collection of good architectural themes, both inside and out. Beautifully articulated columns and pilasters with a great terrace, magnificent huge door/windows giving a massive yet elegant appearance to the facades. The lines are distinctly horizontal (Louis XVI) and yet the house is not squat despite the size. The interior furnishings are mostly not my cup of tea. But the finish throughout the house is very, very nice. Nothing really overdone. A great house.

I am not a fan of animal prints and accessories (tusks) but otherwise, this home is lovely and well appointed. It is warm and inviting ...not cold white and sterile like so many others of this caliber.

I share other similar comments in that I’m not necessarily a big fan of the furniture choices throughout the home and I would never place a laundry room on the 2nd floor of a house. BUT….as for the overall architecture and structure of the property?? The feeling of a CDN WHITE HOUSE as it were?? Truly magnificent as it is luxurious! I’m a big lover of Athenian structures, spindles etc so the exterior structure is simply mind blowing let alone beautiful! Love the gate entrance alone with the majestic white structures tied to it. Between the lush gardens and the fountain structures surrounding them…this property really makes a statement! It’s an absolute tragedy what has happened to Canada and it’s destruction under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Not only can average Canadians no longer even dream of owning such a property or work to purchase this gem of real estate under Canada’s current economic realities but they are now being forced to leave Canada 🇨🇦 all together. Truly sad! Thank you just the same for posting about this very magnificent piece of real estate. 👏🏾👏🏾

My parents live down the street and are friends with who owned this, they own a rather large company and of course old money, very prominent family from Toronto.
My living arrangement seems to have been setup by the gods as i don't believe i could have come up with Some of the amenities on My own; it is spacious luxurious and peaceful 🏰

Trust me you will not go to The Brick. Insurance, maintenance , utilities . My limit for home buying for Lottomax is about 10%
I really like this house, somehow it manages to appear majesty without appearing gaudy. Even on an individual room basis I think it worked very well. The funny thing was that treadmill beside the fireplace in the living room, it is so out of place!
