From what ive seen of a surface cleaner that size, they usually run higher for the psi. Does that sandstone hold up well against that pressure? Ive used just bare nozzles on sandstone before and its kind of gouged into it so would live to understand it better.

You can use nozzles on any surface cleaner that will produce a lower PSI :)
So for example, I have a 15LMP 4000PSI machine. If I use nozzles sized 2.0 (the fan nozzle code is then 2502), I get around 4000PSI output on the fans. If I need a lower pressure, I can swap the surface cleaner nozzles to size 2.5 (nozzle code 25025) to output around 2000PSI from the nozzles.
What machine do you have? I may be able to calculate it for you :)
