At @0:26 the expose chest of wooden pipes.... has 14 pipes on it. Seems odd to me not to stop at a full octave. Wood seems to be not newly produced. So what old organ maker built those pipes / chest, please? The new set of pipes at @2:56 has 12 notes.... 16' wooden set. 🤷♂ Nice recording. Thank you for sharing it. 👍
The set at 26 seconds is part of the 16' pedal tibia... The 16' octave is behind the toy counter and the upper portion of the rank is on the chest in front of the Tuba Maxima centered between the chambers..
The set at 0:26 is a Wurlitzer 8’ Tibia. The bottom note on that offset chest is 8’ C. The manual chest starts at 4' D. That’s a common way they’d make them if the rank only went down to 8’. We have one just like it on the 4/23 here in Rochester, NY in the Main chamber. I think it was done that way because the pipes are larger scale, and thus the manual chest doesn’t have room for as many notes. Another configuration on our 4/23 is the 16' Solo Tibia rank, where the corresponding 8' offset chest has only 10 notes, since there are other chests for the additional 16 notes down to 16’. That gives a total of 26 notes on offset chests, and again the manual chest starts at 4' D. Our other Wurlitzer, a 3/12, has 12 notes on its 8’ Tibia offset chest, which was their common practice for smaller organs with smaller scale Tibia pipes (the bulk of Wurlitzer's production), and its manual chest starts at 4' C.
nice film
Wow!
My My My What a sound. Mr. Eddington really knows how to bring out the best of this instrument.
Was für ein höllisch-verrücktes und tolles Instrument. Warum nicht mehr info ?
Pretty impressive.

The big 12 at 2:56 is the 32' extension of the concert flute.
@@donaldrankin9656 Thank you. So which manufacturer is that 16' pedal tibia rank?
@@pianoman4Jesus I think it might be a little bit of several builders.. Off hand I'm not sure.. I've never gotten a chance to look at it up close!
