I have the natural titanium 15 Pro Max. The color is much nicer in person. I haven’t had any issues with the phone getting hot. I have the Apple MagSafe case and a screen protector. The bezels are really thin, and it’s more noticeable in person as well. The battery is good, but not as great as I was hoping for. Still gets you through a day with moderate to heavy use. Overall, great phone. No regrets.
Like a lot of things, if I see it advertised too much im inclined to believe it’s probably bad because that’s where all the money is going towards. I’m not a business person so maybe this is how you actually do things but this weird weariness has worked for me as a lowly consumer. I’ve been seeing them at brick and mortar stores - $75 for a product with a goofy text logo on it is a hard sell.
Their cases are good. We try to stay away from products we won’t actually use. I am not a case person all of the time but when I do, I tend to gravitate towards that leather one. It’s very nice!
The last time I used a case was with my Xs Max , 11 Pro Max, 12 PM , 13 PM, 14 PM and now 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max I am using them case less and no screen protectors, I was lucky enough to never dropped my naked iPhones I like to use my iPhones as they are and I don’t even have apple care, am very careful with my phones, I don’t mix them with keys , coins and others things , I carry slim pouch sleeves for phones so I don’t bump both of my 15 P and 15 PM together naked because their camera bump can create micro scratches Am not perfect and accidental drop can happen anytime but am very careful with my devices
Upgraded from a 11 pro max that I thought was still more than capable, and I was blown away of how much features I missed out on through the generations (5g, 120hz, no more notch, camera features). I don't see why people should upgrade if they have a 13 or 14 unless money is not an issue or they are dying to have a 5x zoom/USBC/ slight form factor change/ or even action button.

We’re in the same boat. I upgraded from the 11 pro max as well, and the difference is crazy. The smoothness, battery, and other features are worth the upgrade from the 11 in my opinion.
I just upgraded from the 12 pro max. To the 15 pro max and the weight difference and feel is unbelievable. I’m still going to keep my 12pm for business and it’s beautiful. Tbh though man…. This camera is unbelievable.
Great video bro! But I just have to say I upgraded from the iPhone 13 Pro Max to the 15 promax and I must say I honestly do not see a difference at all. To me, it really wasn’t worth spending the money.
So far so good. No issues with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Battery life is great, charges quickly, NO over heating issues, it’s durable (still have a case on), USB C opens up a new world to the iPhone and so on. Everything bad you hear about this phone is not true.

Folks. The phone is f*cking amazing. I got my iPhone 15 pro max with the 1TB storage in Blue titanium. Very light and fast. If you can afford a new phone just buy it.
It really does feel fantastic in the hand. I still use a case but sometimes I'll pop it out and use it without the case just because it feels so nice. I havent had any overheating issues. Even when playing Diablo Immortal at max settings for an hour it only gets mildly warm and the battery drains quite slowly while gaming too so overall it's very impressive I would say.
Same here I had the 14pro my brother has the 15pro max after holding his phone I was sold and I to rock it with out a case first time I have had a phone that feels that good
It was kind of a meh update for me. Coming from a 13 pro. You can really tell they’re running out of room for improvement with this year’s offerings. I will not be upgrading for some time after this year.

Great video. I don’t use a case either for the most part. Love feeling the natural titanium. Great phone. Absolute powerhouse in most aspects. I would like to see better battery life in the future tho. Across the board with they should be focused more on battery.
I went all out this year and got a natural titanium 15 promax, and an Apple Watch Ultra 2. 100% would recommend getting at least a clear case and shell for the iPhone and watch to avoid scuffs but still show off the titanium finishes.
I thought about going case less with only a screen protector but I like the kick stand feature on the case for my 14 Pro, that feature helps in so many ways other than just being a kick stand, it also helps when carrying your phone because you can slip your fingers into the ring on the back of the case for a secure hold while walking. That is something I never counted on.
Before the latest update, charging would superheat my 15 Pro, mainly feeling the heat from the back. And this is using all Apple gear - 20w charger with MagSafe charger or their supplied USB C cable. I have not re-tired the 20w and MagSafe charger since the update. As I usually charge overnight, I switched back to Apple’s 5w charger + USB A to C cable and it doesn’t over heat. Plus have set the 80% charge limit.
I didn’t like the MagSafe since my 12PM. That phone ran super hot. I like the 80 percent also, when I drive the phone battery isn’t getting cooked to death.
My 15pm photos don’t look good. I’m not a photographer but they appear blurry, grainy, or smudged. Anyone else have this issue? Don’t know if it’s software or hardware related.
Why don’t you try configuring the action button with Focus? Prolly add a focus to make available the camera apps and stuff and silence calls if need be minus the loved ones.. Just sayin’…
is it true that in selfie camera the colors aren't so vivid natural and vibrant as expected? i heard from actual users in videos/reviews etc about a grey- ish effect applying automatically after taking a selfie? so are selfies great or not? any user of 15 pro max especially ? opinions
You could use ProRAW which won’t have HDR since you will be controlling exposure, highlights, shadows with RAW. I’ll add that shooting RAW really only makes sense if you are using Lightroom and/or Photoshop or similar RAW processing apps because you’ll get more out of the photos than with Apple’s editing tools. By the way, HDR and color processing are 2 different things counter to what is mentioned in the video but with RAW you get full control of color and exposure because of the increased bit depth. It’s interesting that he talks about log for video but not RAW for photos. I guess he’s a video guy.

I’m not normally using maps and a bunch of live activities for my flights. Just more usage. Not travels fault per se but maps and flight tracking apps definitely eat up battery for me more than normal

After spending the last 12 years with Android, I finally switched. I got the 15 pro max about a week ago and I can honestly say I will probably never go back to android. I just sent back My S22 ultra and I have absolutely zero regrets. No over heating issues, the battery life is absolutely insane, I get 8-9 hours of screen on time which is new to me, I’m use to getting barley 4 hrs of screen time with the S22 ultra. It’s almost more than I need. There are a few caveats but nothing that makes me regret my decision. My biggest regret is that I was so biased towards Apple for so long and that I didn’t switch sooner!
I've been on Android since like 2016, I just ordered the 15 Pro Max today and I'm super excited. I'll miss this S21, but I'm definitely looking forward to trying something new!

I bought Myself a 15 pro max in the color I personally like most aka blue titanium and I've never experienced and heating issues in which I believe is all lies and not a problem at all! I love the phone and think it is the best phone it has top notch cameras, amazing battery life with heavy use and or my version of heavy use, the action button is amazing and I love it, the dynamic island is cool for I updated to the 15 pro max from a 12 pro and I also love the always on display, more battery settings is nice, the look and feel of the regular phone with no case is Incredible and I think the best phone I’ve felt! I bought myself a otterbox defender xt clear case for the phone to protect it as well as a screen protector and I love it! I have no complaints and believe it is a perfect package that does everything better than all the previous iPhones without any problems unlike lairs want you to believe!

I pretend to from my iphone 12 to one in the 15 lineup. Should I go with Pro or Pro Max? I prefer the size of the Pro version because is more portable. But in the other hand, the battery of iphone 15 pro max is fantastic and also it has batter to type. Is 15 Pro Max that bad to put on the pocket and to use with one hand?
if using the phone with one hand is important to you, then I would not get the Pro Max. I went from an 11 pro max to a 12 Pro because I found it annoying that I couldn't text or navigate my phone well with one hand. just my opinion though.
Ooh nice camera choice! I've got an A7SII and its still a dream. Don't need the high resolution of the R line so it was nice to have the 48MP on my iPhone 14 Pro Max for high resolution stuff as in good lighting it still is impressive but no R series Sony
Agree the color science has changed. Warmer. Not in a good way. PetaPixel compared the 15 Pro Max with the Google Pixel 8 Pro and it’s obvious. The Pixel photos seemed more neutral and natural.
I get terrible migraines using these OLED phones! Tried everything. I returned the 15 plus and am keeping my iPhone 11. I loved the plus but man cmon Apple a little help here. Or make a LCD screen option and help us out
its not that honest if you say durabity is dont drop it, if you drop it its your fault. You can say that with every other phone; its not a fault you drop something and it breaks its a 2000 dollar +- phone if you drop it should stand strong. the glass and titanium should help more with impacts like dropping a lighter phone will likely have less impact than a heavier phone, the edges of the phones should get reinforced with such Pro models. Pro should stand more for userfriendly specs, like making sure you dont have to worry dropping it because if you worry it will happen. if you drop your phone and it brakes on the first go you sure its not worth 2000 dollar in what world you live you can not tell people just dont drop your phone. all people using phones had at least one time dropping there phones. or everyday objects its common. but its also common since smartphones are released they dont make durable phones just for the win/win. When it brakes we buy a ton of money to repair it. the money doesnt go directly to the brands but indirectly they have their hands on the parts. its not fair to just say dont drop it to cheap. i will still buy it i like the phone very much and i hope everyone have great time with their phones.
I can't buy an iPhone for the simple reason that I can't separate my professional life from my personal life... This is ridiculous for a cell phone of this price and focused on work... I can't duplicate applications... for example: Instagram , to have a different account logged separately in each Instagram application, in addition to not having any tab to access/hide these duplicate applications or banking applications, which are safe there... from what ive seen on benchmarks it doesn't throttle performance at all, it a bug causing the cpu to jump from 100-20 over and over. Not a performance problem
Even my 12 Pro Max gets really hot while charging, but only sometimes. It’s weird. But it definitely only started happening after I updated to iOS 17, even still with the incremental updates, so us absolutely a software issue. I’m still using my 12 Pro Max while waiting for delivery of my 15 Pro Max. I hope the heating issue will be resolved when I have my new iPhone.
5X zoom vs 3X is not a major difference but of course RUclipsrs are special so they have to have the Max. also you are of course " heavy users" meaning you are constantly staring at your phone.
Going caseless on any Apple product is asking for trouble. I have smashed an iPad and Apple Watch. Only cracked an iPhone 6 but luckily only one single crack and within its warranty period and for that reason only Apple replaced it. Moral is always get a case or Apple care.
Dude I'm so stuck on if I should switch form a s23 ultra man. The ultra is just so good. But it has some things that I don't like. One of them being I can't send a video that's literally longer than like 2 seconds. Apps are just so much better optimized for apple. I might have to make the switch

The iPhone sucks!” The iPhone is kind of like a Honda Accord. Each year maybe a minor design change, improvement in performance and fuel efficiency, more advanced tech. But nothing radical or revolutionary.

Casetify cases are a little bit pricey. Their advertisement budget must be $40 million a year. They seem to sponsor every tech channel on RUclips.

You can’t turn off HDR for normal photos. You might be referring to the view full HDR setting which doesn’t affect how the photo is taken.
I’m not paying $92 or more for a case nomatter what.

After spending the last 12 years with Android, I finally switched. I got the 15 pro max about a week ago and I can honestly say I will probably never go back to android. I just sent back My S22 ultra and I have absolutely zero regrets. No over heating issues, the battery life is absolutely insane, I get 8-9 hours of screen on time which is new to me, I’m use to getting barley 4 hrs of screen time with the S22 ultra. It’s almost more than I need. There are a few caveats but nothing that makes me regret my decision. My biggest regret is that I was so biased towards Apple for so long and that I didn’t switch sooner!
I've been on Android since like 2016, I just ordered the 15 Pro Max today and I'm super excited. I'll miss this S21, but I'm definitely looking forward to trying something new!

I've been on Android for over 10+ years. I'm currently using a Galaxy Note 10+ that of course doesn't get updates anymore and is glitchy. I've been interested in the iPhone 15 pro max. I bought Myself a 15 pro max in the color I personally like most aka blue titanium and I've never experienced and heating issues in which I believe is all lies and not a problem at all! I love the phone and think it is the best phone it has top notch cameras, amazing battery life with heavy use and or my version of heavy use, the action button is amazing and I love it, the dynamic island is cool for I updated to the 15 pro max from a 12 pro and I also love the always on display, more battery settings is nice, the look and feel of the regular phone with no case is Incredible and I think the best phone I’ve felt! I bought myself a otterbox defender xt clear case for the phone to protect it as well as a screen protector and I love it! I have no complaints and believe it is a perfect package that does everything better than all the previous iPhones without any problems unlike lairs want you to believe!

I pretend to from my iphone 12 to one in the 15 lineup. Should I go with Pro or Pro Max? I prefer the size of the Pro version because is more portable. But in the other hand, the battery of iphone 15 pro max is fantastic and also it has batter to type. Is 15 Pro Max that bad to put on the pocket and to use with one hand?
if using the phone with one hand is important to you, then I would not get the Pro Max. I went from an 11 pro max to a 12 Pro because I found it annoying that I couldn't text or navigate my phone well with one hand. just my opinion though.

Ooh nice camera choice! I've got an A7SII and its still a dream. Don't need the high resolution of the R line so it was nice to have the 48MP on my iPhone 14 Pro Max for high resolution stuff as in good lighting it still is impressive but no R series Sony

Agree the color science has changed. Warmer. Not in a good way. PetaPixel compared the 15 Pro Max with the Google Pixel 8 Pro and it’s obvious. The Pixel photos seemed more neutral and natural.

I get terrible migraines using these OLED phones! Tried everything. I returned the 15 plus and am keeping my iPhone 11. I loved the plus but man cmon Apple a little help here.

its not that honest if you say durabity is dont drop it, if you drop it its your fault. You can say that with every other phone; its not a fault you drop something and it breaks its a 2000 dollar +- phone if you drop it should stand strong. the glass and titanium should help more with impacts like dropping a lighter phone will likely have less impact than a heavier phone, the edges of the phones should get reinforced with such Pro models. Pro should stand more for userfriendly specs, like making sure you dont have to worry dropping it because if you worry it will happen. if you drop your phone and it brakes on the first go you sure its not worth 2000 dollar in what world you live you can not tell people just dont drop your phone. all people using phones had at least one time dropping there phones. or everyday objects its common. but its also common since smartphones are released they dont make durable phones just for the win/win. When it brakes we buy a ton of money to repair it. the money doesnt go directly to the brands but indirectly they have their hands on the parts. its not fair to just say dont drop it to cheap. i will still buy it i like the phone very much and i hope everyone have great time with their phones.

It gets too hot in gaming for many, even after 17.0.3. If you aren't a hardcore gamer, you genuinely should not have any issues.
I can't buy an iPhone for the simple reason that I can't separate my professional life from my personal life... This is ridiculous for a cell phone of this price and focused on work... I can't duplicate applications... for example: Instagram , to have a different account logged separately in each Instagram application, in addition to not having any tab to access/hide these duplicate applications or banking applications, which are safe there... Basic things that Samsung, Xiomi and Motorola have... Let's get this to Apple

from what ive seen on benchmarks it doesn't throttle performance at all, it a bug causing the cpu to jump from 100-20 over and over. Not a performance problem

Even my 12 Pro Max gets really hot while charging, but only sometimes. It’s weird. But it definitely only started happening after I updated to iOS 17, even still with the incremental updates, so us absolutely a software issue. I’m still using my 12 Pro Max while waiting for delivery of my 15 Pro Max. I hope the heating issue will be resolved when I have my new iPhone.

5X zoom vs 3X is not a major difference but of course RUclipsrs are special so they have to have the Max. also you are of course " heavy users" meaning you are constantly staring at your phone.

Going caseless on any Apple product is asking for trouble. I have smashed an iPad and Apple Watch. Only cracked an iPhone 6 but luckily only one single crack and within its warranty period and for that reason only Apple replaced it. Moral is always get a case or Apple care.

Dude I'm so stuck on if I should switch form a s23 ultra man. The ultra is just so good. But it has some things that I don't like. One of them being I can't send a video that's literally longer than like 2 seconds. Apps are just so much better optimized for apple. I might have to make the switch
Yeah why is it like that? I have a Galaxy Note 10 + and can only send 30 second videos. So annoying! It's very glitchy also. I'm considering switching to iphone 15 pro max.
WhatsApp can send large videos on the Android platform. Have you tried using it?. Many social media apps are better optimized for iOS for sure though.

The iPhone sucks!” The iPhone is kind of like a Honda Accord. Each year maybe a minor design change, improvement in performance and fuel efficiency, more advanced tech. But nothing radical or revolutionary.

You can’t. I meant for videos mostly. I just kinda lumped that together on accident. You can however turn off hdr when viewing the photos on your phone
