I received this exact model this evening in the mail - it’s absolutely stunning. The quality, craftsmanship, attention to detail is an another level. It comes with everything he shows and that you need for all functions, even the router table jig and flush bit, Allen keys, etc etc etc -all in a high quality custom case. I haven’t purchased a product in a long time that comes close to this, and it’s a tool that I’ll use as much as possible. I can’t wait to use it. Hats off sir - really impressive and thank you for making this available!
How long did it take for you to receive yours? I ordered a few weeks ago with an expected ship date of January 15, but I did not receiving a tracking number or confirmation that it shipped.
I just want to add to what everyone who has received their kits is saying and give my initial impressions (not sponsored). I ordered this from the USSA website and it showed a shipping date of 1/15. It arrived exactly one week later in the US. I don't buy new tools easily, and I have been waiting for this to see if this set lives up to everything I have seen, as someone who has been very impressed by the content and tools produced by USSA and the brilliant ideas shown. As I had hoped, the level of machining, finishing, and completeness of this set is top tier and actually exceeds all of my high expectations. Precise tolerances with great materials. Incredibly happy with the set and I think it is a good value and cannot wait to put this to use. Also happy to see that additional physical tools are being planned for the future and I will be waiting to hear more about those (the loose tenon system in particular).
I cannot completely agree. Even though the set seems very nice at first, there are several things, which are very disappointing for this price point and I have not even worked with it yet: 1. The bag falls over when taking out the jig, due to heavy parts being in the top. 2. My Milwaukee router is not straight/90 degrees to the base. I tried every hole position possible and was not able to fix that. 3. I would have preferred smaller thumb screws on the top for installing the base-plate to the jig without tools. That would have been nice for a faster swap for using it in the router table or just turning it when using dust extraction. 4. The centering pin is 1/4 inch, hence 6,35mm. "No" European router supports that size. Thus, in the first minutes of using the jig the fiddling begins. A no-go for that price! That the included router bit is 1/4 as well is just another disappointment since it is useless for me. 5. The included copy ring is a bit loose in the jig. It also is a bit larger than the very popular Katsu rings (at least in my country is seems like THE set to get) and does not fit in the Milwaukee baseplate. The Katsu rings just fit in that Milwaukee plate without any wiggle! That also means the entire Katsu set is even more loose in the jig. I don't get how the "lock screws" are supposed to center the ring. I mean the baseplate, in which the screws essentially go, is already fixed with 6 other screws... The tolerance is off by way too much here!
OMG! That's a masterpiece of art! I tought it cost at least 250-300 dollars, and I was surprised by the price... I hope you will sell thousand of this incredible thing. I can't imagine how long time you worked to do this!
I will post it here as well; just started putting my kit together and this is simply too high quality for the pricepoint. I am really looking forward to the next product you put out. You are putting other manufacturers to shame by putting so much attention to detail into each product. Heck, even the stainless steel business card that came in the bag! Totally blown away. And very jealous of the manufacturing connections you have to get this going!
Just got mine yesterday. Can't wait to put it to the test. Awesome quality! Consider printing instructions in a leaflet for older people that don't know how to use a QR and un-rar the file. :) Cheers!
I received my Jig and the quality and design is amazing. Everything is thought out and you can tell they really take pride in providing a great product. Even the tiny allen wrench has a custom logo on it! I have no idea how they can offer this for the price that it is sold for. Well Done!
Can we all take a moment to acknowledge that demo was entertaining as hell? That thing did 7 functions I've badly jerry-rigged for clients and 15 things I'd never considered for less than what I bill in 3hrs. Expect a new order in the next week!
Just received it. My mind is blown. The quality and feeling of such a robust product is just amazing. I wasn’t expecting this. This is made to last. Steel, aluminum, brass and hard plastic all cnc and laser engraved for that price, I can’t get my head around it. 🫡
Fantastic work. Seeing this from prototype till a ready to commercialize product is just mind blowing. Something you may add is a better plunge into the material. Now it's putting the pin in while plunging into the material. It would be more easy to use if the plunge can be done while the center pin is already in the center hole.
This looks really cool. Awesome design. I do wish you’d come out with a narrated video though. Would love to see a walk through of setting up the tool for different function. Just a preference thing I guess. Some people probably like that there’s no talking
No narration gives a very international take, I think it's even more powerful. Look at ikea that has swedish names and yet we all understand what it is because of minimalism
WOW…you address EVERYTHING I dislike about jigs. Storage in the oversized handle put me over the top! Take my Money PLEASE! I stumbled on the 3D printed parts/table video and I love watching your progress and process as a designer. Woodpecker…Who? Great Job!
this may be one of the most technically insane videos ive seen for this type of content. as “to the point” as you can possibly be with no room for unneeded BS and literally every detail you could think of. when he swapped damn near every router on earth?? amazing.
I got it already keeping for Christmas time to open the box. Fantastic pice of engineering, quality and reliability for anyone who’s “woodworking oriented”🔨 Make sure you pick one for yourself- you definitely won’t be disappointed 👍
I've had my order for 14 days now and I can't wait ... so far this product has probably the most options I've seen on the internet!!! I'm rooting for such developers ... I'm just looking forward to another useful product from this brand. I applaud and take off my hat at the same time!
Since I got this jig it has made thing a lot easier for me, the build quality is insane, anyone who is undecided on ordering it, just go for it. I am a weekend hobbyist and it’s been a huge time saver for me
I see some potential but there is also some weird redundancies... Like cutting circles different ways. The storage in the handle is a great idea and as long as the overall cost is good it could be a success
Why not add true track saw rail integration? Any straight edge could replace the track saw rail as an edge guide in the manner you displayed it being used in the video. Also, you will need longer standoffs to use this stabily on panel edges in the vertical position, otherwise the router will have too much wobble to truly be precise. Nonetheless, very impressive jig for all that it can do
This looks awesome!!! Unfortunately your site doesn't have my router listed - Craftsman V20 1/4 inch router. Any chance you'll be testing this brand anytime soon?
I'm so in love with your work and the progress that you made through the time. I hope someday that will be the big company like JessEm or Woodpeckers. Anyway after that video ive got one question, пёсель согласился помочь? :)

@@musicalmedicine89I got mine on Friday after shipping Jan 15. I live in Sweden. It’s worth the wait. The quality and value is amazing.
Watching the progress of your designs has been fascinating. Beautiful work.

Awesome work, tool is amazing, coming from a 2 months user! Also, the new style of editing is so good, mind blowing that it’s all one man’s work))
Mine arrived today ! It is just simply beautiful designed and engineered . I am a huge huge fan of your work . Outstanding !

This is the first router jig that I’ve seen that is actually worth the money! Good job fellas!

got mine today after a fair amount of time but worth waiting that long. What a marvellous piece of kit! genius 🤩
I absolutely love my jig, the build quality is simply magnificent. It has now become my most used tool
Thanks!
Moi je te le dis, ton système est génial.
J’adore cette façon de concevoir les produits, on voit bien la valeur ajoutée à la fin.

Merci pour tout ce travail❤
Ordered one. Great product development journey. Starting one on my own and getting lots of inspiration and knowledge from your awesome videos.
Смотрю тебя много лет. Не думал что ты русскоязычный)) Отличный продукт с удивительным вниманием к деталям и потрясающим функционалом. Солдаутов тебе!)

That thing is priced PERFECTLY!!!!! I would even pay 199 for that design, would be the absolute max but i would pay it..

Good jig and fair price.
Thanks for your product dude
Oh come one... and what I will print next week? :))) Great job!!!

Narration would help answer a lot of confusion or questions people may have.

Magnificent shots, music is 100% welcomed to your videos and the tool itself is extremely versatile, can confirm after using it👍🏻
отличная вещь! с удовольствием приобрел бы, благо и цена адекватная за такое качество
For what that jig does, replaces my jasper jig, and the need for a table for a good amount of tasks. Definitely forward this to a few of my friends
Круто! Вы проделали огромную работу! Респект!
Love integrated storage. Less thing to track if they're an in 1 place
Best jig ever!! Congrats
I am looking forward to receiving it!
you can see that the tool was designed by a person who works with it and designs it from the very beginning. a very thoughtful and neat solution
Congratulations on taking the design this far. Looks amazing
멋지다. 진심으로 편집능력이 상당한 수준이다. 존경스럽다
Absolutely incredible, you are going to beat kreg/rockler jigs
Man that was satisfying!
Hell yeah dude! I hope you make millions!
I got it already keeping for Christmas time to open the box. Fantastic pice of engineering, quality and reliability for anyone who’s “woodworking oriented”🔨
Make sure you pick one for yourself- you definitely won’t be disappointed 👍
Awesome. Just building a new Workshop from Scratch (privately) - when finished, I come shopping :-)
Как все продумано. Успехов!
Wow! The commercial is better than this well thought out-beautifully crafted product.

I don't know if i will ever use it, but i want it now!
Just so excited, I ordered instantly 😊
This is awesome, I ordered one :)
Супер! Всегда мечтал о вашем инструменте.
Absolutely awesome! You never cease to amaze me with your ideas.
You have done amazing job!
I'm an early backer. Excited to get my hands on it!
Just got mine, and it is a beautiful piece. I now wish that other projects got a similar treatment... A drill guide, pretty please?
Nice one. Greetings from germany
i... cant stop watching
I could not stop watching.
nice work congratulations. It has lot of potential.
You work is amazing. Love watching your videos and seeing your iterations. Thanks so much for all your hard work!
Nice work!
I hope you do well with it. Great design.
Since I got this jig it has made thing a lot easier for me, the build quality is insane, anyone who is undecided on ordering it, just go for it. I am a weekend hobbyist and it’s been a huge time saver for me
Потрясающая работа!
How can this tool be this inexpensive? It’s SO well thought through!
Nice Work in every Video. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great work! 🙌🏼
Just wow 💪👏👏👏
You are a genius! Also you might have a compulsive router obsession 😂
This thing is on steroids! Man, I don't even have a router and I want this thing!
This man buying all the routers in the world to fit them xD
Very beautiful work
Good job.
gorgeous stuff
Beautiful...
fantastic ❤❤❤❤
I see some potential but there is also some weird redundancies... Like cutting circles different ways. The storage in the handle is a great idea and as long as the overall cost is good it could be a success
9:56 can you buy the router plate as a separate accessory. I would like to have a permanent router table separate from the jig
Here is the separate router table plate design:www.ussadesign.com/products/router-table-plate
nice, you should also include the 40v makita router in your graph (RT001G)
11:19 doggo says "nyet".
I need to know what the vertical panel clamp/vice you have at 5:43 is. Its brilliant. I cant find it anywhere.
Look awesome. Do you have a stl digital product for the clamps shown on the edge rabbetting example
Amazing!!
Super. 👌
amazing
Could you add a sliding ruler that will compensate for cutter radius and inside/ourside final cutting dimension? Or is it already there?
Respekt! Cool!
You are a Druid bro!!!! lml
This jig is so cool that even if you increase the cost by 50%, people will still buy it. Judging by the video, it will be worth it. success to you!
Coole Tool! Do you sell, if so how much ?
Is the hole pattern for flex 24v trim router the same as dewalt will this jig work for that router?
Only paper instruction, will be digital, pdf?
I don't do any woodwork, but I want one.
What are the maximum and minimum circle sizes that can be cut?
Why not add true track saw rail integration? Any straight edge could replace the track saw rail as an edge guide in the manner you displayed it being used in the video. Also, you will need longer standoffs to use this stabily on panel edges in the vertical position, otherwise the router will have too much wobble to truly be precise.
Nonetheless, very impressive jig for all that it can do
Гениально 👍
Can you cut an ellipse instead of a circle with this jig?
This looks awesome!!! Unfortunately your site doesn't have my router listed - Craftsman V20 1/4 inch router. Any chance you'll be testing this brand anytime soon?
I literally am not skilled enough to need this or have any projects that would require it... But i want it
Can anyone tell me if I can route a juice groove in a cutting board with this?
I'm so in love with your work and the progress that you made through the time. I hope someday that will be the big company like JessEm or Woodpeckers. Anyway after that video ive got one question, пёсель согласился помочь? :)
Great demonatration. What cam you use for video record?
This is what entrepreneurship looks like in 2023. God bless
Nothing for Festool routers ? 😩
