Just saying the priority should be infinite rocket launcher, stars manual assault coin, defense coin, recovery coin and everything else. Just ignore the raiden it worse than the sparkshot
They should have had the Clocktower and Raccoon City Park added in the game. Clocktower was where Jill fought Nemesis and got infected in the OG version and it would have easily added more Nemesis time. And Raccoon City Park had the Grave Digger Boss, so nuff said on that front. They really should have gave Stage 1 Nemesis more screen time, maybe if they had expanded Downtown Area more. But I get the feeling that RE3 Remake was originally DLC for RE2 Remake before RE Resistance got backlash and Capcom panicked and bundled the two together and sold it as a full game.
No, the best way is to farm zombies/gun kills. Each gives around 10k. The stand off with Carlos is the best location for ar/handgun kills as well as the 2k zombie kills. The lab works for the magnum/g launcher kills. You can just reload saves/autosaves and each kill will still count even if you didnt save. I did all that in a few hours and had over 100k points. Do the other challenges with the infinite launcher for the most optimal run.
great info! thanks! i do totally understand cantos approach here. he just ran through the game and it is all relatively fresh in his mind // leaving grinding for when the game itself gets monotonous xD
Another tip is to have several saves at different areas. You can load them up for good locations to do weapon challenges and such. You get tons of points for those. First thing I got was the launcher. Then tokens, then blew through the other modes literally and used the pints from that to get the other things from the shop.
Unless you're speed running, first thing you want to buy are the Samurqi Edge. Assault Coins, and Hip Pouch(at least one). You don't need the lock pick, not bilt cutters since they can literally be found in through progression. Big tip: Save at the Hospital. 1st save: when Carlos has to defend the sick room. This is where you can farm Assualt Rifle kills during the zombie horde. 2nd. When Jill wakes up. You can go for the Magnum kills starting here, and also the Grenade Launcher kills. Trust me, both challenges are a breeze from this point. Once you have the infinite R. Launcher. That frees the shotgun up quite a bit to use in natural progression of the game, so getting that challenge is easy. Stay away from the MUP Pistol, the Hotdogger, and the Rai-Den, as they are useless weapons that are only there for fun but will not serve any real purpose especially on higher difficulties. Pro tip: you can fully upgrade the handgun before you leave the streets area, all you need is to damage Nemesis with a grenade 2x to get him to drop item boxes with parts. Pro tip 2: You don't need the shotgun nor grenade launcher for the first Nemesis fight, and neither for the Hunter Gammas in the sewers. The upgraded handgun does just fine. Pro tip 3: if you decided to save space and not pick up the shotgun/g. launcher, the game will give them both to you for free in the save room just before the Nemesis fight at the clock tower.
That's really interesting that the game gives you the Shotgun and grenade launcher if you don't pick them up! Been trying to get though all the trophies and been well confused as I just can't see Me being able to pick up everything I would need(even doe i recently got the Rocket launcher so probably don't need much else apart from not wasting time picking everything up) but yeah that's a proper handy tip to know, Thanks Mate😁🇬🇧👍🏻
@@lippydalips4537 Mhm it's pretty useful stuff they also do that in RE2R if you don't choose to get the shotgun (It's in the same room where you put sherry to rest while you play as Claire looking for Sherry's cure) with Leon but lets face it, that one is really easy to do and you wouldn't want to handicap yourself like that, you'd only know that if you were using the OP weapons the entire run so there wouldn't be a need for the shotgun lol.
The MUP isn't entirely useless, I recently beat RE3 on hardcore using it and got a B rank with no deaths and only using auto saves. Granted it wasn't a whole lot of fun but it being the first shop item I purchased i don't think it was horrible. It allowed me to kill every zombie I needed to while saving my more important items. Though the pale heads did need me to use my shotgun since they either regenerate health too fast for it to kill them or it literally can't do it.
That's a good idea bro! After I finished the game for the first time, I went back to assisted and worked my way up while completing as many challenges I could along the way.
I just can't picture in my mind a scene of a group of people coming to an agreement where a infinite 9mm would be more cool and attractive than a Magnum.
You can buy everything but the infinite ammo handgun if you do everything but beating Inferno. So if anyone wants to know if they're screwed, you'll be fine as ling as you S rank Nightmare which is easy as it has auto save so dying isn't the issue until Inferno
As soon as I saw the outfit I was about to buy it immediately but I decided to check the other items first and I'm glad I did so I didn't waste my points.
If you find specific save points for best achieving the "kill xx enemies with handgun/shotgun/AR/magnum/MGL/in total" challenges, all of which will earn you 100k points which then you can use to buy the infinite bazooka. Then with the bazooka you can complete all the "finish with S rank" challenges. Rest are trivial challenges like destroy charlie dolls, read all files, etc. With bazooka there's little chance you'll need any healing items, so Frugalist should come easy. If not, just buy the recovery coins to help you. The only real challenging one is to finish the game without opening item box, but as I said, you'll hardly have any problems with bullets, so it should be a cake walk in assisted or standard once you have some experience with the game. I recommend assisted, because then you'll have 2 extra slots (4, but 2 is occupied with AR) so you can carry more stuff with you.
Ha I deactivated assisted mode, didn't know about all these challenges, the assault rifle and the rocket launcher are awesome, this really helps a lot man, full watch and massive like as always!
hahaha yeah, i did that on my other account. after i completed most of the challenges in assisted, i bought the rocket launcher and breezed through all the modes. easy plat! game is awesome but it's too short and a lot easier than RE2
Makes sense as the inferno mode is basically made for you to use the shop items, the stars manual comes in clutch for Nemesis and just about everyone in the game
The first thing you need to buy is the rocket launcher Go back ti the hospital siege, (if you're not on assisted, die a couple of times to prompt the option) save as much rifle ammo as you can then progress until the cutscene to detonate the pillar, DO NOT DETONATE!!, instead kill all zombies that comes through the door until you run out, die and CONTINUE" works best if you got more than 500 rifle ammo, you can rack up to 200 zombies per continue
There is. The Raiden is classified as a Magnum. Just as strong. One hit a quitter. Also counts towards the mag challenges. Using the Raiden I completed my mag challenges. Only catch is you gotta know where to aim. *headshots*
Hey Bro. Wow this video is so useful man. Gears and weapons are so important in this game. Soon will be playing it for sure. Good guide, wish you the Happiest weekend 😊
Okay I have a question about completing the game part within two hours.. if you pause at any point during the gameplay, does that still count towards playing the game or does that also put a pause on the timer? Oh and for the "I might Need these later".. is 1 herb literally the limitation or is there a number set for using it because it says 1 or a few...?
You are right. If you need time to think or a short break, it's better to pause the game to stop the game timer. skipping the cutscenes and radio conversations help trim down the time too. for "I might need these later" just use 1 herb when jill gets infected by the parasites. The trophy description is misleading because of the word few. It doesn't require you to be on Rank S to complete it so i recommend doing saves before every battle with Nemesis. Or if you're going for S rank with "I might need these later", you will have to finish the game with Jill at Caution if in assisted mode.
@@cantobotz nope actually it's better not to skip the radio calls cause it already stops the timer, use that short time to go to your location while saving like 5secs
I saved a file before the "Defend Jill" on hardcore, and i go back and kill zombies over and over for points. Unlocked the infinate hang first, still working in the challanges for that, thr assualt machine gun is complete, after getting the infinate macine gun, you can also just farm zombie kills there. When you run out of ammo simply reload your file

@Pops Rosenzweig bro actually I forgot what was the challenge because it's been a while but you can check the challenge list from the menu and check what it needs. I think you have to get S rank with inferno mode
I did it on hard mode and was a super noob about it, bought the pick and bolt cutters first, then inventory upgrade (both) and then assault coins... THEN assault rifle *facepalm* playthrough #4 was ultra action packed though
i agree. it sucks that we won't get anything else from what's available in shop. RE3:Re felt like it was rushed just to meet the deadline. But overall, it's an amazing game. i hope we get a lot more content when RE: Village comes out.
I got the assault coins and the more powerful handgun cuz in hardcore, u can kill zombies in one or two headshots and most other things die in like 4 shots . although it's not infinite,it's actually still really good . almost like walking around with a hand cannon
Don’t leave the rocket launcher for last. You’re gonna have to beat the game on inferno mode to get it. Get assault rifle rocket launcher and 2 recovery coins first.
You really only need the RAI-DEN for Inferno difficulty. The Rocket Launcher is fun but getting it first would mean skipping over all the other rewards, making them useless by the time you unlock them; it'd make the game monotonous to save up for the best weapon first.
THE QUESTION IS: Do I need to avoid using coins, book or infinite ammo guns in order to achieve S rank? even though i win the game in less tan 1 hour ? Is damage taken a reason as well to lose ranking?
I know this is a year later but I just finished RE3 and came looking for the best shop items. I completed both RE2 and RE3 on hardcore for first playthrough. RE3 is a lot easier than RE2, and I obviously had no shop items. In fact, by the end of the game I had two stacks of shotgun ammo. I only got 8300 points for clearing the game on Hardcore though, even though I explored a lot. So challenged are really something you should know before you start. I now can only afford two assault coins or the Samurai's Edge for harder than hardcore difficulty. Sad times. Also, the enemies are a lot easier than RE7 on hardcore.
I bought toilet paper first due to some big fat zombie cop crunching me from behind on the neck. I'm an older gamer and i shit myself but not as hard as the bioshock R.E.
@@cantobotz did 1 on assitet, to get some achievments. During the nightmare run I were able to unlock the rocket launcher and the inferno run was eazy that way. So got Resi 3 100% completed :D
It depends on what challenge you're trying to do. For example, getting the handgun kill challenge will get completed as soon as you reach x number of kills. Then there are some challenges that require you to finish the game first before you get the points
It's better to have multiple saves that you can go back to when farming for gun kills. Those challenges give a lot of points. Oh, and finding all the bobbleheads rewards you with thousands of points too
I bought the infinite assault rifle with assault coins first. Then i finished the other challenges in assisted mode. After those challenges, i bought the rocket launcher and breezed through nightmare and inferno 😅
Yung twenty one thousand points, ang sarap iconvert to real money hahahah! Yan na naman si Jill and the gagamba. By the way, wow na wow sa voice over mo🤩 Pang international ang dating.

If only I had found this two weeks ago. already finished with the game but I had to get creative with some saving and loading techniques to get the grenadier and one of the others to afford the rocket launcher.
Wow! I also play this game! Nice tips and advice! RE2 is a great game to play! Anyway hope you watch my short vlog too. Thank you and God bless! Happy gaming
@@JohnDavis-cw4nn its faster to farm that in Nightmare or Inferno. Because you get the magnum at the beginning on your way out the subway station. The first alley you come across will be full of zombies instead of just 2
I just bought the infinite ♾ QCBR, and Recovery coin, and on the run before that i got the RAI-DEN, then before that i got the infinite MUP, then before that i got the crafting companion and jill stars outfit.

THE QUESTION IS: Do I need to avoid using coins, book or infinite ammo guns in order to achieve S rank? even though i win the game in less tan 1 hour ? Is damage taken a reason as well to lose ranking?
Question
Does these item's in the shop only work for Jill or both Carlo's and Jill?
They work for both characters. pretty good deal if you ask me :)
@@cantobotz Nice yes definitely!
Really nice bro
thanks man!
I'll suggest your channel, to my boyfriend :) Great video Yey!!! More hehe
Thank you! appreciate the support friend 🤗
So nightmare and inferno are like ethan must die en re7 where if you dont have the special items the game is practically impossible?
some people can finish it without the special items. but yeah, i agree with you on this one 😁
Dito na sissy tambay lang, big thumbs up
salamat sa tambay sissy Raison 🤗
Just dont buy anything, you will regret it later when the chest Is complete mess
The chest?
I came here just to know if the rifle is also avilable for Jill, came back to farm more points
Thanks
yeah, the rifle is also available once you purchase it from the shop! i'm glad this helped you out buddy. hows the farming so far? Hope it went great!
@@cantobotz did 1 on assitet, to get some achievments. During the nightmare run I were able to unlock the rocket launcher and the inferno run was eazy that way.
So got Resi 3 100% completed :D
@@severalkorveks138 Yoooooo! That's great to hear 😃
Really love RE3. I just wish they added more to it. The game felt too short for me
@@cantobotz I think almost all of us do.
I just watched the original Resi3 vs Resi3 Re, and it's a shame they cut so much for the MP.
I grind yesterday and got 5 achievements in one play through. Earned a total of 42,000 points. Badass.
An epic run!
Trying not to mess up got real stressful afterwards 😆
Thanks for making my ears bleed with that high pitched thing at the beginning right after you basically whispered the intro...
galing mo namn bruha mag guide :-D guide mo ako sa game world haha tamsak na
Salamat bruuuu!
Hindi nemen meshyedooo..
Nagffeeling lang sa guides. Pero di naman magaling maglaro haha
What do i need to do to complete the challenges?
It depends on what challenge you're trying to do. For example, getting the handgun kill challenge will get completed as soon as you reach x number of kills. Then there are some challenges that require you to finish the game first before you get the points
Cantobotz Well i want to get the rocket launcher
It's better to have multiple saves that you can go back to when farming for gun kills. Those challenges give a lot of points.
Oh, and finding all the bobbleheads rewards you with thousands of points too
Cantobotz oh okay, And what should i get first from the shop?
I bought the infinite assault rifle with assault coins first. Then i finished the other challenges in assisted mode. After those challenges, i bought the rocket launcher and breezed through nightmare and inferno 😅
Very Helpful Video
thanks buddy. i'm glad that you find this helpful 🙏
Yung twenty one thousand points, ang sarap iconvert to real money hahahah! Yan na naman si Jill and the gagamba. By the way, wow na wow sa voice over mo🤩 Pang international ang dating.
Waaaaaa! oo nga no? hehe.. sana real money na lang siya wahaha! thank you for the kind words po.. 🤗
very nice and amazing content keep it up parekoy!

Great information on what to buy
Thanks for watching buddy! Really appreciate the support
Thanks for this Amazing video 🕺🏿
And I need to know If I killed one zombie than I reloaded a game or restarted. It counts or not?
*Sorry for the bad English
The zombie kills you made will count even if you reload the game 😃
Glad this helped you out 🙏
I don't even play this game, I just saw that the red letters in the thumbnail spells out "WTF" and got interested.
If only I had found this two weeks ago. already finished with the game but I had to get creative with some saving and loading techniques to get the grenadier and one of the others to afford the rocket launcher.
I went Samurai Edge, Lockpick, Ammo Crafter, then the extra slots. Sitting on 10K points now
big lk awesom uploaded dear keep it up
Great vid fren. Nagiwan n ko ng bakas
maraming salamat sa suporta friend! see you around
Good work
Good work!

Nice shop guide
thanks buddy!
the best things to get is 2 assault coin and the rai den
ciao, buona pasqua like
thank you for watching!
I always want to play this game but sad to say i cant play it right now
Hi, thank you for watching! see you around
"having just the infinite assault rifle won't cut it"
huh
Lmaooo exactly what I was saying kid is a noob
Let’s see that inferno run. Also, he did say “for a casual gamer like me”.
i picked iron defence and stars book because
I hate nemesis final he keep turning jill into a pancake
I hate that nemesis fight with burning passion lol
Nice video i like it and compact greeting

thanks for watching buddy
BIG GAME :o)

Wow! I also play this game! Nice tips and advice! RE2 is a great game to play! Anyway hope you watch my short vlog too. Thank you and God bless! Happy gaming
hey bro, thanks for watching! really glad you stopped by. sure, i'll see you around
So how does it work with the Outfits Once you have bought the S.T.A.R.S Costume, like can you change between the 2 different Outfits?🤔🤔🤔😁😁👍🏻
Yes, you can switch between the costumes
Great video on the Greatest ' R E ' remake '' !! I have a question : How does one use the '' coins '' ?
only thing I’m grinding for is the extra pouches && the assault rifle
getting rocket launcer will destroy all fun in the game...i recomend get mup, rai-den, coins, assault rifle....
I just unlocked the assault rifle. I kept loading the hospital defense wave save and mowing down zombies. Rinse repeat
the defense wave is a very good spot to farm assault rifle and handgun achievements 👍
Cantobotz absolutely, my man! I’m working on getting my magnum and grenade kills now in the lab
Love it
I only bought the hot dogger and the cutter and I kept on playing assisted mode until I had enough to buy the infinite Rocket
If im playing this game, the first thing that i will buy is costume 😂
Parehas tayo men. Kasabay nung mga binanggit ko diyan sa video, sinama ko yung costume wahaha! Salamat sa bisita bro 😁
@@cantobotz nigga what??
@@tuffzomboiidj4568 We are both men. At the same time I mentioned that in the video, I was in the same costume Wahaha! Thanks to visitor bro
@@dinesh3468 ok...
Buy any coins can save Jill life!!
I get platinum trophy RE3 remake.
If you buy the deluxe edition you get everything for free in the safe
The handgun is amazing bro clearly can't aim
Thanks!
I'm glad this helped
Superb upload friend, big like from me.
thanks buddy! always lovely to see you here in the channel
nice tips bossing
maraming salamat bossing!
I like the wtf in the thumbnail it's pretty clever
😉
Gusto ko n tlaga ng PS4 hahaha Lods Smash n smash na Salamat
maraming salamat lods! looking forward na mapanood yung iba mo pang gameplays. more power sayo!
Why would you finish the game multiple time just to get weapons and play the same game again
Do you get points for every run regardless of how many challenges? Like do I get the standard completion points every time?
No. You will only complete a challenge once.
The 9nly mode worth playing once you unlock it is inferno!
