Alternate Title: RE3 but Jill is Schizophrenic
it always is a treat to see how well made games are when you start breaking down the event triggers and set pieces.
Despite how much is completely bypassed it is amazing to witness how the game gets confused but still doesn't breakdown, like the janky nemi in the fire sequence using its early game model.
Yet it plays out relatively normal.
i love stuff like this.

It reminds me a lot of Half Life 1 - if you would noclip through the walls lots of events wouldn't happen, and the characters involved would just be left standing there life-less.
You know what, it would be nice if the programmers decided to create random events in anticipation of these, like say spawn a nemesis that is either faster, or tougher, or outright unpredictable. Would probably make it feel more like an actual Nemesis if it spawns after the player intentionally tries to skip its spawn trigger points/events.
Too much work for something only 0,00001% of the player base does..
@@wallacesousuke1433 Well, there's room for these changes, due to the existence of precedents in the form of the original RE3. Maybe the first encounter with Nemesis could be skippable, similar to the usage of Live Selection, and then it affects his future encounters. I'm pretty sure a large number of players would feel overwhelmed by him and might choose to escape, and then think: "But what if I fight him?".
It could even increase the replay value significantly, something the remake solely lacks.
@@wallacesousuke1433 consider that devs have implemented features similar to this suggestion as anti-piracy features in games that also a very small portion of players ever saw, notably in one of the serious sam games they made an invincible and fast scorpion chase you and kill you if you ran a cracked version of the game. it actually became a challenge category to still beat the game with the scorpion chasing you. But this remake was so rushed and so much content cut out that we can't expect them to have put in anything like this.
Spawn multiple nemesis xD
No point adding content only accessible by hacking
21:47 When you see a tiny spider in your house.
The fact that Nemesis was supposed to be there but wasn't there was hilarious. 🤣 I wish they more encounters to be honest... wish that they cam reremake this game lol but nonetheless amazing job ☺️
Yeah, me too. Unfortanely, we got this garbage and I don't think Capcom will do another remake for RE3.
That's the point.
Re3 is my favorite resident evil,so I was really happy when they announced the remake but I also wish they could remake the remake lol
@@Hellsing7747 They probably tired making a remake for RE3
what gun is that at 21:58
Really incredible. I was glued to my screen during all the video and I don’t saw the time !!! Thanks for the really good quality !!
Dude, you're the best! So much stuff we'd never knew! Also seeing Nemesis at 3:44 standing still is kinda creepy.
Really cool! Thanks for the intel. Never expected this. Really wierd and yet fascinating.
9:40 the floating flamethrower's curse 🙈
The true final boss
I love all these videos. Nothing's so pleasing as seeing stuff in games you weren't supposed to see and messing with the game logic. And the art in these games is so good that I never get tired of watching it.
3:49
Nemesis: Dude follow the damn script! we've been doing this for 69 takes
Zombies: true
This is so cool! And those revived zombies with their heads blown off - so Silent Hill, lol! I also got a bit of a sinking-tingling feeling in the pit of my stomach when you did the alto-mod trying to get down to Kendo's.
It's cool to see the game is so well put together thar breaking the sequence doesn't crash the game or permanently softlock you.
I hoped you will use the altitude mod just before the end of the game and look if you can see the helicopter or move around the helipad , but nonetheless amazing video
Alternate title: Jill goes schizophrenic and thinks there's an unkillable being "chasing" her
Great and hilarious video!
Also, I was expecting a boss fight against the flamethrower 9:36
Lol
Woah, you took the "cheating with mod" to different level!
Nice to see content like this, to test and see how broken a game can be. Keep it up!!
How do you activate the walk-through wall mode? Thx!
@@raulcitraro mod menu, or trainer or cheat engine table.
@@OmAn1994 I don't cheat. There has to be another way!
Your channel allowed me to go ahead and buy RE2make and RE3make on PC during the steam sale, $28 for both games is awesome. since I gave up my RE3 nightmare run on PS4 just bc the last nemy is just outright too OP. Thank you for this content
I have been trying to beat him on his last stage on hardcore without the launcher for 2 hours, I’m doing a no heals run and am constantly red hp, wish me luck
Not my favorite game, but this kind of videos are really awesome. Thank you Linku.
This is all pretty cool to see maybe you could use this same out of bounds mods to see how much of the areas are rendered from close places in re2 like the sewer on the other side of kendos shop or the inaccessible parts of RPD maybe cross roads where leon and claire start idk just a thought
Due to high levels of trauma Jill hallucinates a stalker.
Amazing what-if analysis of Re3 remake. It's programmed pretty well.
I love this very entertaining and love the ending. keep them coming 🙂
Me encantan tus videos! Eres el mejor ❤️
So this game story is not all linked up by scripts, game scenes logically stop players go further before triggering something or scene destruction, since most of the scripts are almost individual, even some of these don't trigger the next one, the story still continues.
Nice tricks I enjoy it, thanks for the lovely content, live forever RE Franchise 💋
Nice video so interesting to watch ❤ you are good pro at this haha
Muy bueno!!!! Sorprendente que el juego no se haya roto y siga funcionando
you're the best............ amazing content!!! respect
The fact that he called nemesis "nemy" 😂
We love Nemy!
nemy-chan
Nemy-kun
I also like that in his second appearance, after the donut store, if you try skipping it by the building it doesnt work, i think the devs knew people would want to skip it by there.
oh god man ur freaking awesome u just make the game go crazy the game event cant face u lol man ur so genius 😂😂😂😂
Wonderful,i hope there's a gameplay like this
11:50 Awwww you should've done this scene as well. Meet Kendo, Kendo takes his daughter back and closes the door, you walk through the door lol. No privacy LOL.
Good work ! Linku
High level engineering on the developers part. Kudos.
I was bored playing re3r but you just made it interesting
Great job man! Thank you
Videazo, siempre me dieron muchas gnas de jugar los Resident Evil con no clip y explorar todo mas detalladamente.
Poor Nemy, he just want to play with his friend Jill 😔
It seems like you just need to walk through every wall instead of opening doors to trigger events. The games have so much detective work involved that honestly NOT having Nemesis or Mr X chase you off the path would be nice. I guess I just prefer a more traditional Boss battle setup.
I love your experiments with RE 2-3, but are you going to make the same stuff with Village?
Yes!
@@LinkuGames keep waiting :)

14:08 missed opportunity to check if the drain deimos are still there! Please make a video about it!
what an interesting content 🥰🥰 love it how you break those rules 👌👌👌
Thank you!
Love the vids!
The only good thing about this game, in my opinion, is that they at least kept the save room song for when you use the typewriter
Lol I laughed across the room when only the flamethrower showed up to fight you but it just disappear right after the cutscene ends hahha
The game is probably set on specific triggers for each type of Nemesis. Following a set sequence for each Nemesis to start working. So, when you skip the triggers, the sequence of when each Nemesis should start working and show up on different areas/stages gets bugged. He either doesn't show up or shows up bugged. And, the more you progress, the worse it gets.
Capcom: did you break our game just for fun?
Linkugames: nope, just for science!
I wonder if you spawned a regular enemy in the last area, if the railgun would work on them or not. Maybe it's been tried before? Not sure if it would work, but maybe it needs some kind of a target value to fire at!
Muy entretenido ver los saltos de secuencias, pero falto ver si te saltas directo al helicoptero sin subir por las escaleras a ver si desaparecia Carlos o algo asi xd
12:52
“Again the game reappears to us nemesis in this sequence”
I can tell some form of Spanish is your main language and not English lol
I damn near had a stroke trying to read that.
Thanks for the awesome vids btw, keep up the good work.
The game works correctly because they put the switches that trigger events on the floor or on interactable objects and most of them work independently, unlike in RPG games that will check flag #1, #2, #3, etc., so if just one of the required flags wasn't triggered, the game will just soft lock or crash.
It's probably the same for other playable cinematic games (like those games that Sony love to make). You can skip as much as you like, and the next events will trigger when you reach the spot like normal.
So yeah, it's not that RE games are very well programmed or anything like that. It's just natural for this kinda games that limited the player from roaming around freely. While games that let you explore the maps freely (like RPG games, open world games) will use a more complicated event triggers and the games are more prone to glitches if the player use cheats to do things that never intended by the devs.
This remember me on Xenoblade 1 on a real Wii, when I skipped the Tephra Cave barrier (before 'you-know-who death) and travel up to Alcamoth with all the NPC in the castle and their partial to no dialogue content... without crash or softlock at all!
These are evidence of well-programmed games (opposite of bestheda games where issues appears often on regular playtroughs...)
Impressed! the game works normally. cool video
wow what a discovery, and what did you discover also behind the fence? nemesis going for a walk?
Nemesis appeared in his 1st encounter form
Then next is floating ghostly Nemesis flamethrower make its appearance..this scene burst me into laughter lol..
Shortening Nemesis's name to NEMY is just hilarious 😂 😃 😄
I was so stressed when encountering nemesis that I couldn't focus on the music but damn it's fire
Lo que queda claro con estos vídeos es que los Resident Evil tienen una programación muy sólida.
Not and seen the video but just seeing the thumbnail it is obvious that it is a good video
this channel is super interesting
7:03 Nemesis: Ahah! You thought you got rid of me, didn't you???
love your video🤩🤩because MC overpower with that skill
Make a video on RE3 in which we explore all the areas that we go in re2 like going in all the doors of RPD with Carlos that we used to go in using leon, going to the sweres area and orphanage with Jill.
What if you can have the rail gun as an actual weapon from the beginning?
You cant run and u have one ammo
@@god8218he can mod it into more than on hit and u can run with it equipped
Or make it so that u can unequip it and run right?

Honestly I would prefer having Annette's gun from RE2 Remake where she shot William near the end!
Could you take a look on Kendo's room?
After the sequence when he says he'll wait there to complete something else and he's daughter was there
Otro genial vídeo de What happens if...?
Perdón por no llegar temprano como lo hago pero es que tenía mucha tarea y la clase duro mucho pero ya vine y dejando mi like pq ya estoy suscrito y compartiendo
Damn, the last boss fight was so epic! And you dodged those attacks! You're soo cool!
3:38 “he’s just standing there menacingly”
i like how this guy messed up with the game so bad 😂
I love reading your notes
Vale, tengo que intentar esto, una buena excusa para volver a pasarme el juego por 30ava vez
11:42 Kendo is going to be confused when he finds out the gate key is no longer there. 😄
Much appreciate this. Hopefully you will continue to exploit my fave re3 game :) CHeers!
I am amazed to see how the programmers programs such kind of things tht even after skipping almost 25% of the game ... The other parts works perfectly....
never played the 3rd game. didnt know the gun shop from re2 remake was in the game. cool
Hi bro, do you remember at the hospital there is a door that locked and only Jill who can access through that door? What will happen if Carlos enters that door instead? Please, I really want to know
Glitchy nemesis looked a bit like the second form from the original.
What happens if jill walks inside the police station
21:45 PUNCHING BOLDERS AND LIFTING 320lb boom stick boxes
The gun looks like it's made from a kawasaki motocross bike
Yay another RE3 vid how bout re8 skipping all dimitrescu encounters is that ok
No that’s sad
@@joseabertobeltranalarcon487 yeah i know but village of shadows shes not as good as she was on trailer hahahahha
Holy goddamn that's a lot to ask😆,look forward to it too!!
Because RE8 sucks
@@ktwenter77 it really doesn't but ok
The random floating flamethrower is sending me. 😭😭😭
wow the first boss fight building is intact this time. btw why this building can't be seen in re2?
It more than likely completely burned down by the time re 2 happened.
As a programmer. This kind of act has already been in programmer thought. like one of the programmer's mottos "Never trust the user". In a programming language, there is a syntax that will make the program keep going even if something unthinkable from programmer went wrong. So I imagine if the debug log is showing, there will be ton of error logs. LOL
Everything is try and catch
@5:48 “GOTCHA BIYATCH!”
Lmao
Player: walks thru walls
Nemesis: Na uh. I'm way out of my league on this one
Umbrella: 💀💀
what are the mods you use for these videos??
They worked so hard for the game but you skipped them 😂😂 it's like slaps on their faces.
Can you avoid the gas station cutscene and manually walk in there?
I didn't realise you can fail killing Nikolai and he then kills you both
The "rail energy gun" or whatever doesnt function off bullets like the other weapons. Everytime you pull the trigger a cutscene happens. So it makes sense that it wont do shit ..
So this is like “what if Nemesis actually died from that rocket launcher fired by Carlos “ lol
hope they remake again this. Make the AI of nemesis smarter just like Mr. X.
3:52 LOL the nemesis waiting to open the door, so if you jump into wallhack it never moving or fight
I'm very surprised that game still works after breaking it so much. Games I usually play go to hell if you break even one tiny script. That's probably means, how good BH2/3 game code is.
