Happy to see hot keys getting some love. When I started in Premiere a couple years ago I learned how to cut selects without ever touching the mouse and it changed my whole approach to geo software. Since then I will create a new QGIS profile for big projects or project phases and set up custom hotkeys for J,K,L,A,S,D, etc. based on what I’m doing. I also have removed the cmd modifier on a lot of my defaults so I can just tap the key. No I idea if it’s actually faster but it feels smoother lol
That's pretty brilliant! I love this idea. I can see how Ctrl/Cmd 0-9 shortcuts in QGIS can be a bit clunky, especially without a Numpad. And for real, the Q and W keys in Premiere are a necessity when putting together a rough cut.

Selecting a layer and hitting F3 opens a window that allows you to search for attributes

Thanks for sharing these. A printable cheatsheet listing of them would be helpful to remember what's what.
Great idea!
I'm an advanced Qgis user and i learned new things from this video! Thanks 👍
