When tightening the screw for the seat post, yes. This happened when setting the bike up. I haven’t had any issues in prior adjustments and try my best to follow the torque suggestions. The second time adjusting the seat post, I didn’t tighten enough because of the popping noise but then the post slowly fell on my next ride so I made sure to tighten it accordingly.
Not sure what you mean by damp wheels, but the bike doesn’t ride as stiff as previous aeroad models but it’s highly responsive and a comfortable ride so far for my needs, which are pretty much flats and maybe 30-50 miles
The one time I chatted with them (for a 30 day price match) it was easy. It’s always the risk though with canyon vs a LBS but the price point for what you’re getting with canyon is still better than most brands. so far everything has been smooth with this bike 🚴

Beautiful!! Did it ride super stiff or are those zipp wheels damp? Sure each watt was put to efficient use! Dream machine!

2024 but the previous generation. Bought before the new-gen aeroad’s came out. Bikes don’t fully go by years 🤷🏼😂
