  • in this video number {750} i explained How To Test Switching Frequency of TL494 KA7500, we can test smps controller ic TL494 output switching pwm signal using oscilloscope and multimeter. just we need to connect external 12 volt dc to vcc pin number 12 and return to ic pin number 7 that is ground pin of TL494 or KA7500. we need to ground pin number 4. and then we can test signal between ground and pin number 9 & 10 or 8 & 11,

    dear haseeb sir i found out that in aneng Q1 inorder to measure in high frequency we have to go to milli volt(@second button in meter) and select AC mode then it will accurately display frequency from 100khz to 5MHZ.(it is instructed clearly in manual :) )

    SA. same pcb model I have power supply 12 V 20 A. There is no load and fan and cooler heat sink is not installed in the case mosfets (j13009-2 x 2 pcs) are overeating that is normal or not? If not what may cause that?

    I got 26kh at pin 8 and 11. But the voltage is 1.44v is the IC faulty?
