itsbritt91 no she fully moved to SI when she was 14 but before that, she was in Arizona, with her mom and everyone there. Karen moves to NY and leaves Karina there with her mother while she’s doing Mob Wives. Then, Karen goes back and forth to Arizona to see Karina. She could of visited but the way she acts, you’d think she was born and raised. But only moved there for her high school and beyond.

The irony of this is how I have listened to Sammy on his podcast, and different times you get a glimpse into what he thinks of certain types of women, and it isn't respectful. These two fit that very description of the type woman he would not think too highly of. Sorry Sammy, paybacks never end. It's the seed we sow, and it's painful.

Gravano and Alite are having public interviews talking about how they turned state witness. Alite still lives in New York and walks around his old neighborhood in queens with camera crews and doesn't even fear for his life anymore. Karina Seabrook(her real name). Was born in Arizona. When she was a year old her father and grandfather(sammy gravano) were both arrested for Ecstacy trafficking. When she was 10 years old, her parents separated. HOwever, she stayed with her father for 4 years and did not move to Staten Island until she was 14.
So I just wanted to clarify, she spent the first 14 years of her life in the desert of Arizona not in an italian neighborhood in Staten Island.
