Yup. I'm a little sad everytime I see an interesting recipe has carnivore crisps flour in it because I won't be trying it. Between the price of meat and butter, carnivore crisps just aren't an option.

It's expensive, I agree, but I find that I can get at least 4-6 different recipes out of 1 bag.

You could cut the loaf in half and then slice across each 1/2 into 3 slices and that way you would have a “normal” slice of bread.(stand the half loaf on its cut edge and slice down thru the loaf, you would get a crusty bottom piece, one center cut and the top crust piece, or just cut it in half and have two larger and thicker slices of bread. Hope you can make sense of that!)

Dr Jenn. I was similarly as sick as you were. I lost 65 lbs. but seem to be holding onto this last 40 lbs I need to loose.
Is it possible my body is still healing even though I feel 99 % perfect. Once my body finishes repairing, I believe I may not be hungry and finish my weight lose.

It's possible. It's also possible that you are 1.) eating more food than you need 2.) presenting with increased cortisol which is making it harder to lose weight 3.) any number of other hormonal issues that may be stalling your weight loss

That's a good looking loaf! How does it taste? Is it meaty-flavored? Have you seen or tried the recipes Maria Emmerich has? They're egg-white based.

It tastes good, salty, not meaty exactly. But it’s very dense which makes it not quite the PERFECT substitute for bread. I’ve never tried any of the egg white versions
