It took a couple of leaves to get all the breads right but once you do, it's worth it. I am a master artisan bread maker but I don't eat that anymore so finding carnivore bread was a huge shift. The styrofoam texture was not pleasant but now I don't have that in my bread. Thanks. ❤

I like the carnivore bread. I've made bread and rolls with it as well as the flour to bread chicken patties! Soo good! And I miss soft pretzels, so I made yours and 😱🥰 They really hit the spot!! My husband and I both really enjoyed them!!! We like to play bingo, so I make some and take along so we don't feel left out at all! We get the healthy version! Yum!! Thank you soo much for all your recipes and knowledge! 🥰
Maria , you are Amazing 🙌🏼. Thank you for showing us❤. Your bread looks delicious 😋. You can also use your shells in any meal/dish/recipe. All you do is take the shells , put them on cookie sheet, bake @ 250 for 10-15 min. Then put them in a coffee grinder/blender, make powder out of them and you can add to anything😊. It’s got lots of extra calcium in the shell powder. The baking takes the bacteria out of them. The coffee grinder works best.😊
Love the bread. For a year I was so intimidated and afraid to try it because I’m horrible in the kitchen and I didn’t want to mess it up and waste all the ingredients but my advice is to go for it! I work 12hr shifts in a busy ER and having it sliced up ready to eat is perfect thing to grab in between patients when I’m too busy to eat anything that requires a fork and knife. Thank you Maria!!

I make a loaf of this bread every single week. I make the one with the dried egg whites. I use Jay Robb brand. I love Ryebread, many times I will fold in loads of caraway seeds. Then I will sprinkle some on top. Oh so good. I bought one of your books on Amazon. Love it. Thank you for posting so many wonderful videos. You’re so so lucky to have such a sweet, incredible son. ❤

for the heels (ends) of the bread I use the uncut side on the inside of the grilled cheese. The cut side gets the butter and you really don't notice you are eating the end. 🧀🍞

I made your Big Mac psmf buns for burger night this week. Boy was my husband thrilled to eat a burger with his HANDS! I made him a tuna sando for his lunch with the same bun. I usually wrap his sandos in waxed paper before buttoning up in a hard side plastic container. When he went to eat it next day, the bun was totally stuck to the paper! I feel like the solution is for him to just assemble when ready to eat but i was curious if there were other suggestions. Thanks for the side by side of all the recipes and so many great tips!

I was showing the bread recipes to my friends and I accidentally didn’t add the allulose …I gotta say I liked the carnivore bread texture and taste better than the allulose one …I had always made it with allulose before but I think I’ve changed my mind. Loved this video. You cook like we do, distractions, humidity and an equipment failures and all.

If you can't find allulose you can leave it out. It is just what browns the crust. Allulose can be derived from several things, not just corn. Always contact the company to determine the source.

Wonderful! Unfortunately if you do not use egg white powder you will just end up with meringue. The powder is what gives the loaf a bread-like texture :)
Made the carnivore bread and the easiest bread. Both taste great. We liked the texture of the easiest, but it is too sweet. Do you have to add the allulose to it?
It’s not really a special pan. It’s a stainless steel quarter pan from a chafing set. I didn’t have a bread pan available at the time, so I grabbed one of my hubby’s chafing dishes and asked if he thought it would work like a bread pan. He said to try it and it worked. He said not to use fat because meringue needs something to grab on to when it rises. Grease or parchment makes it fall. It does get stuck in the pan a bit, but I use a fish spatula to get it out and I have dish washing professionals that take care of the scrubbing 😂

Is the finished internal temp of carnivore bread the same as regular bread - 190 deg? My first bun was a little like marshmallow fluff in the middle...lol!
I've tried all of these variations. Don't really care for them toasted or grilled because it tastes eggier. However, I didn't pay attention to see which variation may be less eggy when toasted. Has anyone else got an opinion on which variation is better for toasting?
I made the recipe with just egg white protein powder. It turned out great! But, I had a really hard time removing it from the pan. I did let it cool completely before attempting. I oiled the pan too. But it was a glass loaf pan. Any thoughts?
In my earlier comment on the bread video the ingredients list was 1 egg yoke (optional) I asked what to do with that egg yoke with regards to the bread I didn’t need sent to a video of what to do with all my left over yokes
Thank you for this tutorial. I was getting a little confused between the recipes till now. Can you or anyone here tell me how i can get my 150 grams of protein on a psmf day? Im really struggling to get enough and sometimes having more meat is making me kind of dread it. Im not a seafood lover so chicken is the go to. I should probably break down and buy your PSMF cook book! 😅 I appreciate the advice you gave me a week or so ago to try the psmf days. I have done 3 out of 8 days. Have you tried lean pork loins? I know you said you don't like seafood, but frozen shrimp in the air fryer with a little Old Bay seasoning on it is divine and it doesn't taste fishy! Today I had about 140g of protein easily - chicken breast at breakfast with PMSF bread and some mustard and some romaine lettuce, shrimp for lunch, and a porterhouse steak all fat cut off for dinner.
Also, if you're very "metabolically challenged" (like me), tight eating windows and calories as well as macros matter. Do the calories that Craig and Maria recommend with their calculator and make sure you track EVERYTHING strictly and see if you're going wrong somewhere.

So yes I'm trying to be super diligent. Thanks for the tips on how you eat pork and shrimp. I will try it! Would be so nice to communicate regularly with someone on my same journey. Even though there are SO many keto and carnivore influencers, it's hard to wade through it all. When I worked at the bakery, we put a piece of parchment paper on the bottoms of the loaf pans. Made getting the loaves out _much_ easier.

I line my pans with parchment paper. No fat and the bread lifts right out.

You could try adding only 2 tablespoons. But it helps to make the crust brown and soft ❤

Whip the whites more, and make sure your kitchen isn't humid ;)
I think Aubrey uses a special pan and works well without the oil spray. It doesn't work with most pans to not have the spray.

They don't work the same at all. You can use lemon juice, even exchange, instead. It just stabilizes the egg whites :)

You have to be careful about that. Many carton whites will not whip up :)

Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to a month.

How do you store the bread
I've tried all of these variations. Don't really care for them toasted or grilled because it tastes eggier. However, I didn't pay attention to see which variation may be less eggy when toasted. Has anyone else got an opinion on which variation is better for toasting?

I made the recipe with just egg white protein powder. It turned out great! But, I had a really hard time removing it from the pan. I did let it cool completely before attempting. I oiled the pan too. But it was a glass loaf pan. Any thoughts?

In my earlier comment on the bread video the ingredients list was 1 egg yoke (optional) I asked what to do with that egg yoke with regards to the bread
I didn’t need sent to a video of what to do with all my left over yokes
Add it back after you have whipped the whites very stiff and gently stir it in. If you over mix it, you will end up with styrofoam 🙏
How do you store the bread in your freezer? In plastic ziploc bags if already sliced

Thank you for this tutorial. I was getting a little confused between the recipes till now. Can you or anyone here tell me how i can get my 150 grams of protein on a psmf day? Im really struggling to get enough and sometimes having more meat is making me kind of dread it. Im not a seafood lover so chicken is the go to. I should probably break down and buy your PSMF cook book! 😅 I appreciate the advice you gave me a week or so ago to try the psmf days. I have done 3 out of 8 days. Still no weight loss. 😢 thanks for any tips!! Protein shake? I'm carnivore on the other days. (Not high fat)

Have you tried lean pork loins? I know you said you don't like seafood, but frozen shrimp in the air fryer with a little Old Bay seasoning on it is divine and it doesn't taste fishy!
Today I had about 140g of protein easily - chicken breast at breakfast with PMSF bread and some mustard and some romaine lettuce, shrimp for lunch, and a porterhouse steak all fat cut off for dinner.
Also, if you're very "metabolically challenged" (like me), tight eating windows and calories as well as macros matter. Do the calories that Craig and Maria recommend with their calculator and make sure you track EVERYTHING strictly and see if you're going wrong somewhere.

So yes I'm trying to be super diligent. Thanks for the tips on how you eat pork and shrimp. I will try it! Would be so nice to communicate regularly with someone on my same journey. Even though there are SO many keto and carnivore influencers, it's hard to wade through it all. Can you make this bread only using fresh egg whites?
We eat a lot of hollandaise sauce and always have too many egg whites.

We live in the Midwest so I think the humidity may be too high to make the peaks. We beat it for 15 minutes & nothing.
