Now imagine if these four guys had ever shown up at a Blue Man Group concert, and did that routine during a break in the show. The audience would've gone wild!
It has long been my goal in life to be in a fine orchestral setting and the orchestra performs the Willian Tell Overture. I honest to gawd am going to jump up and shout "Hi yo silver, awaaaaaay.
My wife comes from Niagara Falls, Canada and used to work in the hotel business when she was younger as a front desk clerk. She told me that she met many celebrities in those days and one of them was Clayton Moore, the Lone Ranger. Very nice gentleman. She also met Bobby Hull and Bobby Orr and a few more that I forget. She told me that the most conceited person that she ever met was Wayne Gretzky.
Back in college, people usually were taken aback when I said I was double majoring in construction management and music. Them: "What, are you going to conduct an orchestra on the job site?" Me, smiling: "Maybe" (Yeah yeah, I realize these guys are probably not real construction workers. Bravo anyway!)

Well, it's not bad, but Rossini surely didn't write the piece with only four different notes. The beginning is accurate, but after that, it becomes hard to even recognize the melody when so many notes are substituted by one of the triad.
first video i have watched all the way through in long time
RUclips recommendations never fails me❤
Absolutely loved this ... timeless!

That was absolutely awesome!
I've heard that a definition of a "highbrow" is someone that can hear The William Tell Overture" and doesn't think of the Lone Ranger.
And same goes for Hungarian Rhapsody N°2 by Franz Liszt - it is played in a Tom & Jerry cartoon with the little mouse running on a piano keyboard.
That’s not highbrow, that’s just sad….
I agree, the sad thing is the guy whose is the title of the overture is forgotten.
@@jasonbull5961 that’s true Kemosabe.

I was skeptical, but they did a fantastic job. 👏
Even more impressive than _playing_ this was the person who _arranged_ the piece for _four notes..._ 😝

+Paw to Paw And if each of them would take two different pipes, I think it would be nearly possible not to replace any notes
Wow, it’s a good thing you pointed that out.
Super klasse!
