This Mediterranean Chicken Orzo is the perfect addition to your weekly dinner rotation! I like to make this recipe with Chicken for added protein, but you can always opt to leave the chicken out, or sub in pork chops, shrimp, or salmon! The orzo is loaded with flavor thanks to the addition of kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, feta, and lots of dill! This recipe is ready in just 30 minutes and comes together in a single pan!
