It would be nice if you guys could show exactly how you set that up. I can’t figure out how you can fish with pop gear that big. How does your downriger clips hold onto that when it’s so big? And how do you reel a fish with that much resistance just in the pop here? It’s fascinating, but I couldn’t make it work when I tried it.
The best clip we have found are the red cannon offshore heavy tension clips, using 25+ pound monofilament. Braid doesn't hold as well. The only time you really feel the blades is when your realling in a pup.
