- In this episode, i am refreshing the brakes, they got a lick of paint, and new steel weaved hoses + new brake fluid, refreshing the subframe with polyurethane two step paint, and putting it all back together. And i have to say difference is massive, for the eye, and even more while driving, no knocks, everything feels tight but smooth. Very happy with the result.
After this one, i will have to take a break with the E38 project, because in april car has to have the MOT done again, so I am afraid if i disassemble the rear axle, i wont be able to put it back together on time.
This episode is even longer than i expected, but hopefully you'll like it. If you do, please like comment and subscribe :-) - Авто/Мото

What do you use for the rust, that blue one?
it is just a rust converter, its called rust stop
currently driving an f20 BMW 116i but my next car will definitely be a 740i e38
i would say hold on to the F20 and get E38 for the weekends :-)
Lesson not to crank down on your pitman arm and idler arm ball joints until they are installed.
I didnt understand this :-D
What is the big dome thing in your drill that you are using to de-rust?
its just a sanding wheel bit, like this:
