Thanks Billy, However I cannot take credit for that Idea the sides and sliding doors were inspired my My friend Cliff. ruclips.net/video/GdzYl8eZwh8/видео.html
Hi, I really enjoy your videos, length always seems good I've never shut one down early so... I have a F360 question for you. I downloaded your plans but F360 tells me I cannot open local files. Do you know what I'm doing wrong, could be I'm using the free version I guess. Thanks for all the effort to share your knowledge. My mill is a G0704 but is close enough that I pick up tips from you. I'm all CNC'd so I was excited to see some info on enclosures.
Try uploading them instead of opening? I had the same thing happen to me on another design from CNC router parts. I think uploading it worked. I can't quite remember.
One small suggestion, and perhaps you mentioned it in your video already, but consider increasing the stability of the base. I have the smaller PM25MV and on leveling feet, the mill its a little tipsy when the table is fully to one side, even with the base loaded down with accessories. I plan to increase stability of my base by replacing it with a wider one.
Well I haven't narrowed it down yet I think I may need some corner bracing etc. so I will wait and see what I need. Those Peel and stick LED strips seem to be what everyone wants to use there cheap, bright, and compact. I have used them in my kitchen there nice. I may go that route.
Sam your solution for the front door panels are outstanding, you do nice work.

Looking good.
Hope you get a new motor soon.
New motor works great video soon
I like it. I have been toying with some ideas for a better pan too. I need better coolant drainage. I'm excited to see this put together.
Thanks,
Cleaning chips is always a pain so I thought it might be easier if you can just scrap them in a container. will see how it works out.

No it's not you I'll repost the model tomorrow.
Yes very close so same enclosure may work for you.

Try again I uploaded another file
Hmmm, same issue. I download then select file and open with F360 and I get the same error. Cannot open local files.
Got it. Newbie just needed to search for the error and found I needed to upload. Thanks.

Thanks Kent, Yes it looks a little tipsy, I am toying with the Idea of some outriggers on the base.
Pretty nice enclosure Sam. What are you going to do about lighting?

Sound is way too quiet, and outro music completely smothers your last bit of dialog.
Question: What is the ballpark cost of that much sheet metal?
Sorry about that the screen capture software audio is not so good.
Sheet metal quote as you see it came in at $385
A bargin if you ask me.
