Hello. I have an interview this coming Saturday, Nov. 27 and kayo po yung mag-iinterview sakin. Nood nood lang mga videos nyo para prepare talaga . Goodluck to me.
Not everyone is nice. I had my initial interview last with Joshua. I was oozing with energy and excitement, but he shut that down. I've never seen an interviewer shutan applicants excitement during the application process. I was only asked about 3 questions. 1. Where did I find about cyberbacker. 2. Tell me your name, location, and PC specs. 3. How much is your expected salary. That's all. I want to talk more, but he only wanted a one word answer. So disappointed.

Sad to say i failed in my initial interview, but now i want to apply again after 60days😭 in cyberbacker. kakatapos lang ng interview ko kaninang madaling araw, ok naman yung flow ng interview madali lang almost yes or no lang yung tanong. Sana makapasa kase sabi nung nagrefer sakin chinecheck din daw yung values assestment & don daw madaming bumabagsak 😔

Are you still working in Cyberbacker? Hopefully I'd be lucky enough to have you as my interviewer. I can sense that you are not just doing your job, but you are giving opportunity to those who have potential. I'm not really good at interviews, especially out of the box questions or scenarios, so there are recruiters who will decide not to proceed with my application even though I have relevant work experience, because there are times that I seem to be not conversational or have lapses on grammar.

Ma'am how does socmed backer for admin works? Meron din po kasing socmed for clients diba po? And ask ko lang po if required pa din bang magkaroon ng noise cancellation headset and webcam if i am applying for nonvoice
noise cancellation headset and webcam are required for both voice and non-voice roles
