Tinanong rin ata ung "How do you see yourself in 5 years?". And "What are the skills you acquire from your previous job?". Mostly ung question nya is mga regarding sa computer specs, internet speed. Expected rate. Sa Final interview, ung mas maraming tanong. Halimbawa, what is integrity for you. Tapos if papipiliin ka, anong mas gusto mong power, lumilipad or invicible 😅 Basta act normal lang, mababait naman ang mga interviewer ng cyberbacker, kaya hindi nakakakaba. Sinasabi rin agad nung inteviewer if nakapasa ka or hindi sa dulo ng interview nila.

I applied and failed. Email said that "we do not have an opening that completely matches my personality". I always pass exams and interviews and its quite unreasonable to note that to almost "all" of their applicants. I believe it's a waste of time to apply in cb. Find jobs not in cb. You'll waste your time.

Hi once you pass kasi they ask you about your COE and you wont start to get client if youre still affiliated sa prev company mo. but I guess they'll let you naman to have the initial, assessment and final. Pero once passed, need mo to ipasa yung coe to continue ^^

Yung initial and final interview po ba, initiated ng client or the interviewers are from PH team? Once you get in, client facing po ba ang work? Meaning may video calls with clients, etc? I'm planning to apply for a non-voice post. Curious lang po since never pa ako nag work sa ganitong setup. Most of my experiences are in BPO companies. Gusto ko lang din po maghanda. 1) For II and FI. Ph team po. ^^ 2) Check nyo po mga a day in a life ng mga VA ganon siya. Tas ang meeting with your client ay depende sa usapan nyo yan kung pano ang means of communication nyo.
It will be stable if you did great sa performance nyo. Di naman kayo basta basta bibitawan ng CB. May assurance kayo dito ^^ Basta our goal is to make the client happy. Ngayon if di magwork. May investigation naman yon. Pero like VA dat happy sila.

I went thru the initial interview but after 2 days i got a response that they couldn't match me with a client that has the same values and personalities. They do. But they aren't hiring someone who has a job outside the company.

Question lang po. Yung initial and final interview po ba, initiated ng client or the interviewers are from PH team?
Once you get in, client facing po ba ang work? Meaning may video calls with clients, etc? I'm planning to apply for a non-voice post.
Curious lang po since never pa ako nag work sa ganitong setup. Most of my experiences are in BPO companies. Gusto ko lang din po maghanda.

It will be stable if you did great sa performance nyo. Di naman kayo basta basta bibitawan ng CB. May assurance kayo dito ^^
Basta our goal is to make the client happy. Ngayon if di magwork. May investigation naman yon. Pero like VA dat happy sila.

Hi darrell, im interested to apply however in our area i have wired connection no issue. But my question is the back up connection. The signal in our area is very poor like i need to go outside to send messages or connect via mobile data, can you give me some idea what i can do since when i check back up connection is needed in cyberback. I went thru the initial interview but after 2 days i got a response that they couldn't match me with a client that has the same values and personalities. I really don't know what I did wrong as the interview went smoothly and I'm even a manager in my current company. Would it be possible to know more about why I got rejected?
