As much as I would love to understand this, it's a little discriminating for a company to fail someone based off some questions that might not completely reflect the person's potential.
I'm sorry to hear about that. US Standard po kasi ang mga assessments na yan. Mainly because you will be working with people based in the US and they have standards po. It's similar assessments taken if you will be physically looking for jobs in the US. They would love to work with people who they will share same values to ensure the growth of their business. You will work with them as partners and not as employer-employee relationship. You should share the same goal. What do you think will happen if they don't match?Something you might want to reflect on...

The assessment is really odd because logically the intention is to know your genuine personality. So if someone’s gonna re-apply the logical action is to change your answers. You may then pass it but it doesn’t reflect who you are and thus contradicting the initial purpose of the assessment.

I love to watch this video..na bulls eye nyo po why so many of us applicants wants to pass the initial,the value assesment test and the final interview..all of us has it's on reasons.and biggest Why's we wanted to be hired as cyberbackers.you hit me right there ms. hi miss rechelle! i just finished my initial interview with you last monday! unfortunately, for the 2nd time i did not pass my online assessment. now, im trying to really pass my another attempt of taking the assessment on the next 60 days and hoping your video will help me! also hoping that you will be the one that will take my initial interview again coz i had a lot of fun while i was being interviewed :)

Nag initial interview ako kagabi then I'm lucky enough na sinasabi sakin agad yung result ng initial interview ko. And I passed the initial interview. And kakatapos ko lang matake yung CBPA and I'm hoping na mapasa ko sya.

I have just finished my initial interview yesterday, then today I've received an email saying that I fail the Values Assessment. Wala pa akong na tetake na exam and nag fail ako sa Initial Interview.... 60day for reapplication...
I will apply again hindi ako susuko...
The Y Assessment (Values Assessment) is part of the online application. It was the part where you will arrange a book title or sentences that you best prefer and some figures to arrange.

I have a question sana. Is passing or failing the CBPA based on just the intelligence part or does it include the personality part? Ha ha, kasi it is so frustrating for an applicant kasi we don't know (I am not asking you guys to tell us the exact reason why applicants fail or pass). If it's just the intelligence part, then go ako to apply after a few more days. If personality has a hand in it, well that's tricky. Kasi kahit every quarter ako mag-apply walang mangyayari kasi hindi naman magbabago ang personality ko diba? :)
