I just saw Robben on 10.12.2017 @ Yoshi's in Oakland, CA. The first stop of his new tour. All young players with him from Nashville. It was a Meet-and-Greet session. Awesome! Let me just say this, he did answer all questions, while at the same time, he was FOCUSED on what he talked about. CLASS! PURE CLASS! GREG
... i know .. i forgot .. maybe i can add that afterwards. I was thinking about re-uploading, but it has a lot of views. I will try that now. It might look kind of cheezy, but at least the great Mr. Aronoff will be mentioned. Will that work? Check back later and let me know what you think. john ripper
I think Fords a good singer but- I wish he would get a front/singer for his own band -kind of like Kenny Wayne Sheppard's vocalist- A real powerful voice- and he could then have some harmony parts - his solos would be even better in that format-

I love this man. He plays so GOOD! :-)
It’s cool to hear him really rock out!
Band sounds great too!
Unbelievably tasteful
Fine set thanks John for awesome audio..
... you're welcome Glenda, thanks for watching.
Faaantastic, that`s a really great concert!
That gold top is up for sale now in Nashville. Robben Ford is amazing. Took me too long to find his music.
northof50now Cool, do you know were it is for sale?
Probably Carters Vintage Guitars...he was there not to long ago.
He posted a video about it on his Facebook page a couple of months ago. I'm sure the post is still there.
Very cool sound 😄👍️
Kenny Arnoff on drums... you're welcome! 😜
Man. I watch a lot of players but I always use Robben as the standard. Solid pro for years.
100% Pure Blues Super--Star !!!
Paul Shaffer killing it on the drums 😂
LOL!
LOL ... Kenny Aronoff ... unfortunately i made a big editing mistake.
Nah man - that's Joe Satriani on the kettles
Goldtop into a cranked black face Super Reverb? That's pretty much it. ... oh, and his hands.
Nice to hear his more Rock style side! 😄👏🏻🎸...Kind of reminds me of Jimmy Page a bit in this, cool!
He plays so different then all players today that imitates SRV. No beginner 3 chords changes SRV pentatonic licks
is this joe sartriani on drums
... sorry, Kenny Arnoff
Pretty sure Lance buddy's vibrato is hooked up to his head.... It's funny to watch ...it's in sync........this is comedy right.....6:22
No drummer mentioned. :/ Kenny Aronoff?

Yep, he plays much better here than he does with John Fogerty, too busy for my taste
