Jim Nill is amazing for Dallas. You see so often many teams that have great runs or even success lose half that lineup the next season or start fading quickly. Stars have been been contenders for years now and will be for years to come due to the smart moves made from this man. That draft pool we got going is fire and since Dallas isn’t really the biggest market or covered like most other teams you get secret weapons slowly being injected into the lineup or cooking just waiting for their debut
Such smart moves. Even when we lose certain players it feels like bad moves but then we see what comes in and you understand that the front office knows what they are doing. Jim Nill is a wizard.
