    I think this has better proportions than the CX-90. The 90 is large but you don't get that much passenger or cargo volume. I would have liked this instead of the 70 for the US market with the option to delete the 3rd row.

    I really don't understand why Mazda made a cx60 cx80 cx70 and cx90. So much development costs when there is so little difference in size. I think they could have spent more money on engineering a slightly better product.

    • @panchert5732
      @panchert5732 Месяц назад +4

      The cx70 and cx-90 are one size larger than this car and too big for Japan and Europe. 70 and 90 have the same body size, just different 2-row and 3-row versions.
      On the other hand, 60 and 80 are different in overall length.

    • @MW-uh1xv
      @MW-uh1xv Месяц назад +2

      @panchert5732 I know what they are I just don't see the point of producing so many vehicles that are so similar in size.

      @@MW-uh1xv i think the 70, being the outlier, but they are made for the american market, this 60 and 80 are made for the european market, the differences will lie on the various markets and their availability. But almost all of them look the same, it's just that the 60 and 70 are more "sporty" looking while the 80 and 90 are more elegant looking.

    • @pitik
      @pitik 15 дней назад

      I have a CX-5 and I like the dial to use the screen. But it is true that for GPS (I use Google Maps in Apple CarPlay) it's quite annoying to use. Only when I'm stopped at a traffic light I can use it by touching the screen. That makes me not want to use the screen or be aware of it all the time, as happens to me with other cars. Which I believe is the purpose of that system.
      I think it should be tactile all the time and the driver could choose what he wants to use.

      This is honestly a waste of resources they should have used on making new generations of the Mazda 2/6 and mx5. I think Europe would love the cx90 and the Americans are begging, thirsting and are desperate for the cx60 based on reddit. The 70 and the 80 are the most unwanted vehicles mazda has made. They could have also used that money for adaptive dampers on the cx60/90 with that zoom zoom stiff ride Nürburgring ready suspension on a premium family suv.

    If it's based on the cx-60 technology then steer clear of this pile of junk, I have a top of the range cx-60 and it's a pile of junk, so much broken technology in the 60, I noticed on a recent trip that it can't read speed limits correctly in Europe, 90 is read as 80, 50 or 30 randomly, it also can't read 130 limits. My driver recognition system still doesn't work despite upgrades. The radio stopped working 3 times on my current road trip, no sound but everything thing else works, navigation etc. Seats are not comfortable on long journeys I've found out the hard way, something you cannot find on a test drive. I'm seriously thinking of getting rid of my Mazda, after a great cx-5, this car is a big disappointment.
