Do you prefer the A7CII or ZV E1 in overall ? I got the A7CII and rent the zv e1 to try, I think the dynamic stab is a bit over rated but I love the red light recording and 4K120. lol
@@mattpna this is a difficult question, I like the a7cii because I have both full frame and apsc lenses, and when I use crop mode on this camera I have nothing to worry about. On the zve1 I’m limited to full frame lenses for photography, but I do love its incredible low light capability and slow motion options. So I think it really depends on which you shoot more, photos or videos?
Hi Constantine! Love your videos; as someone else mentioned, most practical every-day videos for hobbyists who are not looking to become pro wedding/portrait/landscape photographers. Any chance you could upload the source video, before RUclips compression to a hosting site, so I can take a closer look at the noise patterns for each ISO? It’s very difficult to do so on RUclips. Thank you in advance!
@@LeoNatan Thanks so much! Really happy to hear you're enjoying the videos. I try to keep them practical for hobbyists, so that means a lot. I get what you mean about RUclips compression messing with the finer details, I'll see what I can do about uploading the original video somewhere for you to take a closer look. I'll let you know once I have it sorted!
@LeoNatan Here I have uploaded several videos from ISO 5000- 12800, you can download and see the video quality. (I'll delete these files within a week) drive.google.com/drive/folders/1wA2vcMnTi-Z6vlfQshK71OuFQWkHialz?usp=drive_link
Hi Constantine, it seems the files are not granted permission and I cannot access them. I requested permission. Please approve. Or you could make them public, for everyone. Thanks
@@LeoNatan I just approved it, let me know if there's any other problems!

I like your tests! Thanks for sharing. If I may, you should invest in a better audio recording system. You control the noise in your image, you need to control it in you audio as well 😊
Thank you 🙏 I’ve tried several different recording devices, but I ended up using my iPhone to record the audio because it’s the easiest way😅😅

@@ConstantineSPhotography ahaha I get it. In that case you could just use a better microphone to connect to your iPhone so you don’t change your process. The Hollyland Mark II would be a great choice because you could keep on recording your voice over directly on your iPhone (by opting for the combo kit that includes iPhone connection) but you could also use it for your live recording by plugging ii directly to your camera as well. A pretty affordable solution that would raise your audio quality and recording flexibility! Cheers.
Thanks for your suggestions, I just looked up the microphone you mentioned and it has some really good reviews too. I’ll look into it for more details 😊
@@ConstantineSPhotography thank you for the most practical tests on the youtube. you are one of the main reason i got Zve1. i tried slog3 but it is too much for me. now i can try S-Cinetone and enjoy the surrounding and let the camera do all the work . i got Tamron 20-40 f2.8

Was the “shaking” at 1/50 0:54 filmed in Standard or Active E-stab? Would it make a difference in either?
This is shot in active steadyshot, but no matter which mode you use, increasing the shutter speed can improve this kind of jitters
Nice 👍
@@bikashpathak3229 Thanks for supporting 😊😊
This all seems usable to me because the yt compression reduces the noise quite a bit. Native f1.4 lens could be even better.
@@ivandj707 If you don’t look closely, it acceptable. But I think the autofocus is a bit annoying

I guess ISO 5000 with shutter speed of 1/125 is acceptable for everyday usage
