I loved every second of this. I wholeheartedly love your family so much. Capri is living the dream! To grow up around birds and interact with them so masterfully at her tiny little age just fills me with such a sense of pure joy. Her lifepath is already paving her way right before our very eyes! And those of you who've been following this amazing family for a long time, understand exactly what I mean. I just cannot wait to witness this unfolding and again want to thank you Jamielee and Dave for letting us, your viewers, into your lives in such an interactive and genuine way. Bless you more than words can say!

Ashlyn's remarks about Tango's flight hit me unexpectedly hard and I nearly cried, I'm not sure why it was so heartwarming for me, I saw Sunshine's first taped flights, Morgan's finale flights, but when I heard Ashlyn's comments about Tango's skills and the prep work they've been doing I felt absolutely TOUCHED. That was not at all what I expected to happen - I always get so excited for videos like these, but never so emotional!

Leo was butchered. He goes straight down like a rock when he jumps so he has no interest in hopping. I'm waiting until he gets some feathers in to give him literally any lift to try hopping because I don't want him to injure himself. I i know clipped birds can fly. Too bad Leo was so badly clipped.

You should surprise your daughter with a bird of her own. Something small, like a budgie or love bird. Of course, you can provide your skills in teaching him, but after years of watching you work with birds, I bet she's fairly good. Also, get it as a baby so it'll bond to your daughter.

  • @rrittenhouse

I have a (probably dumb) question. How do you handle their desire to poop when they are in the car or even just hanging out at home? Is it just based on when they eat, or do they tell you in some way they have to go? I've just always been curious! Thank you for the awesome videos. I'm addicted and I'm trying to recruit others to live vicariously through this channel :) I grew up with some small birds and my daughter (6 years old) wants more exposure to birds to see if it's something that she's into. The issue is mommy who thinks she is terrified of birds but has never held one or been around them. This channel is definitely helping us learn all about the process without actually jumping into something that could be a regret for some of the family members.

Hi Gregor and Gregor's Humans - you may have already explained this but does one of the roseys have a gold beak? I assume it's nothing harmful but am I seeing that correctly? Is that possibly a natural thing? He's gorgeous without it but just wondering and if so it because of your show and I never noticed it in your pre show clips? Oh wait oh wait - Is that something to make the stolen wedding ring illusion pop in the stage lights? I saw your film of your Cruise Ship show and saw Bandit do the wedding ring thing.ok i know Roseys not proper name but that's what I call them in my head since I am a newly minted birdie lover - which your channel is helping to foster. In a few years, I do want to look into adopting one but still researching and I have signed up to train at a local shelter in their birdie area. I won't stress out my 19 yr old kitty or any new family member - especially an adoptee and it's an animal i have never lived with. The only way that would change is if Stormy requires emergency housing in Bucks Co, PA, in which case I will throw everyone in my house out, including my teenage boys (they will be fine, mommy needs the nest back!) I adore Stormy and will spend 24 hours a day singing with him and declaring I am having a heart attack if I walk more than 5 steps. if Stormys people have a channel he appears on, can you tell us - at very least updates by you would be much appreciated!
Beautiful job,Tango! And Ashlynn!! Xox Kerry from Philadelphia
