It’s always been strange to me how something with stats like Azelf could drop to UU, or be used mainly as a suicide lead, but I guess the lack of a STAB move with a base power over 100 can do that.
The fact that stealth rock leads were even a thing in DPP singles OU is proof that stealth rocks is overcentralizing. Generations 1-3 were just fine without stealth rocks because spikes was manageable.
Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, but I'm a UU main and I've never seen adrenaline orb used on any Pokémon, including Azelf. It sounds like a cool tech, but it seems weird that it's highlighted so much here.
it would be cool if they made forms like rotom has for each of the trio, like Azelf gets a water type, Uxie gets electric and Mesprit gets fire, maybe give them a new hidden ability along side that as well (with slightly improved movepools)

Legends didn’t help Regigigas but the Lake Trio got a signature move, Mystical Power
Azelf's stat disti is sex. Trying to create a jack of all trades like Mesprit backfired.
It’s always been strange to me how something with stats like Azelf could drop to UU, or be used mainly as a suicide lead, but I guess the lack of a STAB move with a base power over 100 can do that.
Extrasansory isn't too bad I guess
The fact that stealth rock leads were even a thing in DPP singles OU is proof that stealth rocks is overcentralizing. Generations 1-3 were just fine without stealth rocks because spikes was manageable.
Stealth rock wasn't in the series until gen 4
How to bough? Make all the Pixies Psychic Fairy and give them Moon Blast
“Bringer of Willpower” and it’s primary function is suicide. Pretty much like real life
A video written by finchinator about Azelf, probably lead azelf. Allready seen it.
The way I remember the lake trio is as follows: does it explode? yes: azelf. no: is it an annoyance to catch? yes: mespirit. no: uxie
How good was luminion actually?
I don't think he could get ad revenue from that video.
Unfortunately... Lumineon is worse Milotic. Still a pretty underrated Pokemon in terms of design, also its cry is pretty cool.
who? /s
Not at all.
@@iantaakalla8180 I know but here me out. It would be funny
Knowing that my favourite Pokemon of all time had an important role in OU at one point makes me very happy.
Despite its ups and downs, Azelf's sheer will kept it from being irrelevant, that, or Stealth Rocks.
I feel like we should start placing bets on whether Uxie will appear next week or he'll pull the rug out from under us and do something completely random instead.
It’s be more of a rug pull to do a trio without something interrupting
i predict a “How GOOD was Sunkern ACTUALLY”
I'm gonna guess that the next video will be about Magcargo so he can say "Unfortunately" 6 times for an easy video.
azelf: exists
sucker punch: wazup, just got home from the shop
Whenever I played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, I always envisioned Azelf having Marik's voice from Yu-Gi-Oh the Abridged series.
I am satisfied, thank you
im so glad this is the first comment

Azelf is rumored to be getting the Sheer Force ability in BDSP. If that’s true this thing will become an absolute monster
Wait hold up where did you hear that?
a sheer force user with high speed and attacking stats and great movepool. holy crap
Pure SPECULATION. Don't expect too much.
@@alibaba3568 yeah that’s why I said it’s “rumored”
Implying that it’s currently only speculation.
@@praisethesun8479 friend of mine told me and I saw it on Twitter from a few sources but yeah, it’s just a rumor at the moment. It would be really cool and I don’t think it’s a huge leap to say that the pixies will likely get some buffs in the remakes, and sheer force Azelf sounds within the realm of possibility.
Who used Blizzard and froze the Lake guardians' gen 8 sprites?
It's a 3D model by that point
Now it’s mesprit next, and it’ll be the best one because it’s the hardest to catch, right?
Watch as next week isn't Uxie to trigger everyone's OCD...
What derpy Pokemon is gonna interrupt this trio lmfao
if the next episode isnt something dumb, we will riot
I never liked any of the trio.
It’s been a long time, and I think it’s finally time we finish up the Gen 6 starters. Anyone else agree?
If azelf had like 20 pts taken from spattck to attack and got swords dance it would be pretty unique as one of the rare physical psychic attackers
Could you do Conkeldurr.
Azelf is fun! I use to run choice band Explosion and by bringing it, it's my puesdo lead, my opponent will lead off expecting Azelf, but get thrown off, with my different lead!
What game plays in the background of this video? I don't recognize it.
