This gun makes a standard cheap crossman air rifle that you buy at wal-mart look like a .50 BMG. This gun has 3ft/lbs of muzzle energy opposed to 26ft/lbs from a cheap .177 crossman air rifle. It's pretty much just a novelty firearm but still a firearm nonetheless. The funny thing is that where I live if I were to buy that tiny pistol my state would backround check me and make me wait 2 days before I could take it home because to them this gun is no different than a Glock17 lol.

This pistol was made by a watchmaker back in ww1. It was meant for self defense towards anyone who attempted robbery or even assault. The reason its so small is so it could be concealed easily in the purse or pocket.
