Absolutely brilliant explanation! I cannot believe what comes out of QAR's mouth. Another thing to remember is that sound is not like light which is electromagnetic radiation carried by photons and can travel without a medium. Sound is a disturbance in air that gets dissipated as Ghalib said. There is obviously no way to reconstruct it!

Mr. Ghalib Kamal, I completely agree with your perspective. Approximately 20 years ago, when I was in the eighth grade, our school principal gave a similar lecture. In that lecture, he discussed the possibility of hearing sounds from the past, including those of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions. Now i know that he had read about it somewhere in Urdu newspapers or other religious journals.
