How do you close it up? Like after you finish the last point what do you do with the yarn?

Cut the yarn at the end but make sure you leave few inches for weaving. Then pull through the yarn into that last single loop you have in your hook. Pull it tightly. Weave the lose ends using a tapestry needle.
