I don't see why it's not possible on Wolf Sigma. That claw sometimes goes right by his head. It just never seems to go up there when I have full health.

Wolf Sigma is specifically immune to the hadoken, like he is with all weapons that aren't a pink charge shot and Rolling Shield

It's super technical, you have to create an ice sled on the wall and buffer the inputs as you change to the buster. Pretty frame perfect.
