  • mindset change has been a huge factor as well but please remember that everyone is different and we all gain and lose weight differently. your journey is your journey so stay strong !!! you got this 🙌🙌🙌
Please be kind in comments this is an uplifting space. If you have negativity to spread, it will be deleted immediately .
    treadmill!
I definitely recommend for small spaces !
It's not super heavy, so it's easy to move around.
It does not incline, and I noticed on the description that it says it does! don't be fooled.
I do like that the belt is still wide, although it's compact, and I also like its sleek design!

Wow.... thanks for this one! I'm older, 5ft and struggling to stay below 160, and really want to get back below 140. I've been so depressed, swamped with life issues, car died, had to let go my house, health concerns for a close family member (all worked out, thank God!), another car with issues, eating out of control, stopped working out...... whew!!! Sorry, I'm venting! BUT ---- what an inspirational vid! I'm doing a workout now, and I know it will get me back into my daily hour of Tae Bo and ab workouts! Again THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AWESOME INSPIRING VIDEO!!!!! Congrats - YOU LOOK FANTASTIC!!!!

I’ve been doing intermitten fasting for two years now. I lost 45 lbs the first 9 mos and have been able to keep it off. As recently as tonight though I feel like I have gained a few pounds back. This was extremely motivating. You have always looked great to me, but I completely get it!! Sometimes you’ve got to just do things for you babe!! ❤❤ keep kicking butt!!

Thank you! And yes, intermittent fasting has helped too I didn't mention that because I do think that's something that is not for everyone. It can actually be dangerous for some from my research, so I didn't want to include that . Maybe if I learn more, I'll share later but I think the other things are just as helpful . Good luck on your fitness journey.

2 years ago, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and was 200lbs overweight. I am down 45lbs and not pre-diabetic and sleep so much better! I first started with food- I cut all sugar and junk food out of my diet first- sodas, candy, chips, cookies, etc- whew! That was tough, especially the sugar withdrawals and the headaches and then the outrageous surge of hunger! That went away after 2 weeks. Then we went low carb- no white stuff- bread, rice, pasta and potatoes- we still ate the amounts we usually did but not the starchy foods and we increased our protein, which we found to keep us more satiated and pretty much eliminated the need to snack between meals. Once we got through that (we, as in my husband saw my results and came on board with me so he could lose 100+ pounds). It took almost a year for us to mail the nutrition, figure out what works for us and ice cream and popcorn is out indulgence each night- we really don’t miss the junk food, though once in a while we will indulge if we are out or traveling but we generally eat 2-3 protein and non-starch rich meals a day and really don’t get hungry between meals that would lead us to reaching for unhealthy choices. I finally incorporated walking about 6 months ago and boy howdy, that has made a huge difference in my energy levels and has improved my sleep! Today, April 1st, I began weight training to get those muscles tones and tighten everything up! I have 45 lbs to go if I go by my goal weight, but between my doctor and physical therapist, my goal is to build muscle, build bone mass (I am 61 with osteoporosis so weight training is critical to build and maintain bone mass) and increase my flexibility at this point in my life. And we don’t count calories, we eat to fullness, we don’t do keto but low carb to make sure I don’t go into full blown diabetes type 2, which is corrected with a proper diet and exercise. I want to live through my 60’s and longer feeling healthy and energized and not fall into the trap of sitting and moaning and groaning about my weight and “not able to do anything” because I am stiff and fat and depressed because I am stiff and fat and inactive and can’t find clothes to fit me (I was a size 22, am down to an 18 and my goal is a size 12, I am 5’2” and my “goal weight” is 145). You are such an inspirational young woman, keep being the best you!

Just by thinking before I eat. Im wearing jeans again. If I could live life over, I would take better care of myself. My skin is saggy but I feel so much better. I can pick my granddaughter up into the air. Im also wearing light makeup again. I was watching Ur video the other day and thought “ you lost a lot of weight.” You’re beautiful inside and out. ❤

Girl, I started walking in January on my lunch breaks at work as well as cut down big time on fast food and I lost 6 pounds from just that. Most people don't realize how amazing walking is for your body. If you can't do atleast 30 minutes a day, do 2 walks of 15 minutes each daily and you'll be amazed how over time the scale goes down. Doesn't hurt that I finally gave up soda too. That was a gradual change but my migraines are now gone! Tnx for your video ❤

I’d like to add to your very informative video that age and activity level are HUGE considerations for any person striving to lose weight. A woman in her 50’s-70’s will have a more difficult time simply because she’s not as active as a woman in her 20’s-40’s .
Also PROTEIN should be a huge factor in getting in our daily allowances especially as we age due to the fact that we naturally lose muscle.
Protein is a must to retain that muscle.
Example: 0.8 gr of protein X desired body weight. (150 lbs)
So a person wanting to achieve a weight of 150 lbs should be getting 120 gr of protein per DAY!
It’s a challenge to get in that much protein and still maintaining a calorie deficit which is a must to lose weight.
Weight loss is never a one size fits all thing.
We really must find our own system that works for US. Our age, our height, our activity level and especially our health issues.
Never stop being mindful of what is going into your body, always strive to do what’s right for YOU and you’ll find your own personal system that really truly works .

I really enjoyed hearing all of the details of the story and how you want to work on making yourself healthier through healthy eating and working out. ❤️ You are definitely a inspiration to all of your subscribers, kids, and husband. So basically everyone that’s around you and that you influence/talk to. 🥰 You’re motivating me to work out and eat healthier. I love how you don’t let obstacles stand in your way or get you down. You should teach a class on fitness/working out, you would be great at it. 🥰

Thanks for your inspiration. I recently moved and started eating out to meet up with new friends and try restaurants. So I have put on about 15-20lbs. Thank you for the tips. Walking a min of 30 mins per day. Drinking lots if water. Cutting portions down by about half. These are great. Congrats on losing weight and working hard at it. You look fabulous

The hardest part is sticking with it. It truly is a journey. I’m 17lbs down since September. Turtle over here lol. I have 10lbs left to get to a healthy weight. Getting older my metabolism has slowed down I have to try harder than in my 30s. Thank you for sharing sweetie!!! 🎉

I can SO relate to where you carry your extra weight because that’s my problem. I also get “pregnant breasts” when I put on weight! I hate them being so big. Exercise is the key to losing weight. Of course, healthy eating as well. Keep up the good work!!!!

Hey Karrie can't wait to watch this...going home right now from Kansas back to Texas so got about a 6 hour drive so I'll be watching this tomorrow morning
I'm on a journey also to lose weight and have lost about 10 lbs this year but I'm still so far away from my weight goal but I'm working hard and staying consistent and I'm so excited to see what you're doing and maybe that'll help mine go a little faster

Hi Kerrie I watched your video today it was just what I needed to re-boost. I’m on the treadmill as I write this and I drank three glasses of water already. I am 5 foot two like yourself and weigh 160 now I had gastric bypass 4 1/2 years ago. I went down to 130. People told me I looked too thin through the Covid. I guess I ate too much banana bread and drank too much wine and look where it’s got me so now I’m going to restart my life. Thanks to you.❤❤❤

Congrats to you girl! You look amazing! I had to stop running, spin bike and cross fit due to some health issues. The only exercise I can do know is walking and yoga. Eating in moderation worked for me when I could exercise more but I’ve gained 20 pounds in the last 2 years. It’s also really hard the older you get. I’ll cut out sugar for weeks and not loose a pound! 😩

I’m 5.2 and 153 starting weight and just been walking the only diet I’ve been doing is making sure to get 20-30g of protein per meal & bish I’m already 147 n cut out all caffeine besides more coffee n I have so much energy’ oh & ifs only been 1.5 weeks! Love ya
