I think your content brings a good level of awareness to avalanche hazards. By no means does it replace true education, but you do a great job of outlining the hazard, your thought process, etc. If one person watches this video and changes their behavior in avalanche terrain or better yet decides to get educated, it's a success.

Honestly if you take anything from the footage of this avy it was a great example of poor terrain evaluation, dude rode right past two obvious signs of instability on the same aspect of a sub-blasted slope under a convex roll. The only thought process here was, "Sweet hip jump right there".

Hey bud, we did essentially the same thing out of Montezuma, CO yesterday. What made the difference was basic protocol; we kept our gaps, moved pragmatically, and were able to stay free from the grasp of every slide. Biggest crown was 7'. The snow is heavy and all wind loaded slopes are ripe. Peace to ya brother.

if i was going riding in the mountains i would definately want you with me you are very experienced rider and could learn alot from you and i been riding for forty years not in the mountains though

I wonder if you could approach sponsors this summer, say you want to do 100 days of riding vlogs next winter. See if you can get sponsorship $$$ to help with editing long form and short form and production in general?
I can't believe he broke his leg again. lol (I can laugh having broken my legs a number of times usually also in dumb ways) But what I really cant believe is that every Polaris does not have a spot to hold two of those Torqx bits. A place for two spark plugs, and right next to it a place for the bits, and possibly a torque wrench. lol
He never fails to surprise us haha yeah I was really unimpressed with polaris this season. If I had to rely on them this season I would've missed many days

Expand on how the changes of these four aspects of your environment directly affect decision making for group safety in the back country. For those of you who haven't, take an AVI 1 course. You and your friends will learn how to save each others lives and make smart survival choices in an unforgiving environment.
