Listen... I followed this video from beginning to the end.. and can honestly say it's one of my favorite. I'm a woodworking and i'm about 5 yrs before retirement and have saved about $35,000 for my workshop build. This has giving me a lot of confidence in my up coming project.... Thanks You very much my brother and stay safe. Duke
Lee I have watched a lot of garage builds both live in person & on youtube. Your garage overall is my favorite! Not the largest nor the most expensive but quality of workmanship & attention to detail is second to none! You have certainly given me a lot of ideas on how to do my own project. Thanks for all the great videos!
The last time I helped on one of this type project the guy that contracted the job does this full time and he used a grass seeder to spread his granules. Seemed to do the job very well. He did use the water based epoxy. Beautiful job once again Lee.....

Duke Graham Duke, thanks for your kind words. $35,000 should build a nice shop considering you do most of the work. Goodluck with your build.

+Craig Flint That sounds like a good way to spread them. Wish I would have thought of it. Thanks

nice job Lee, can you tell me were you bought your garage doors(make model) how much? Thank you Rick
Great job. Nice garage. Love the floor. Do you live near a fire hall? Lots of sirens in the background.
Thanks. The fire hall is about 2 miles away. My street is a popular route because it bypasses red lights.
Why two batches?
+wranglers2 I mixed double batches on the top coat just to save time mixing. The temperature and ease of spreading aloud me to do this.
