There is actually a way to get into Radahn's fight without talking. Jump into it from the Church Of Plague. You'll die inside of his arena, meaning under the protection of a Stake of Marika. You can then choose to revive at the Stake of Marika, and repeat the fight as usual. I discovered this myself when playing with my brother. I think some streamers have used it as well. It'd be easier than Volcano Manor at base level.
Not a bad idea, but the point of the segment was to show that not having access to the roundtable was preventing progress, not lack of great runes. Either demigod would've worked to prove this, but Rykard had more hurdles to overcome and was overall more interesting.
Some challenge runners: "Well, you *need* to talk to some people to progress, so no, the challenge isn't possible. [End of video]" Other challenge runners: "Only optional talking is banned, if it's for story progress it's fine." Ymfah: "But first, we need to talk about -parallel universes- wrongwarps."
These "no talk" challenges are my favorite. They are the epitome of going from "yeah sounds ezpz lol" to "what the actual fuck are these atrocities I'm watching ymfah commit"
the best part about that is the fact that those are the ONLY 2 ways Ymfah does things. pretty casual stuff most people could do and then proceeding to awaken a dead god, slay it and devour its soul whilst dying from some weird cross dagger and evolving into a secret new form of Gordon Ramsay as a cooking deity and then smiting every boss in Elden ring without even leaving the starting area. or it fails cause it was patched, and he uses something he finds less cool but still one shot most thing.

i actually spent around 10 hours of my first playthrough without Melina showing up because i didnt rest at most of the graces i activated. this also meant i triggered the trap chest and had to walk my way out of Caelid. only after a friend told me to rest at the early graces did i finally get a maiden
Same. Its actually not that hard to avoid her tbh.i i didnt meet her until after i beat Godrick. And i specifically had to look up how to find her. Probably never wouldve encountered her until late game otherwise because theres no reason to rest at overworld graces unless youre tping or levelling, and I hadnt met her to level up yet so...
The same thing happened to me, I actually killed Margit the first time because I thought he was the first boss that would actually unlock leveling. I thought they really made this game hard and maybe I was supposed to explore more, but persevered. After leveling up didn't unlock from him I had to look it up x_x

Love the part when you try to get into the capital with 3 runes. I saw it coming and couldn't wait to see it. My brother tried to do a "No maidens" run and not talk to Melina for the run but failed once he got to the capital and found out you can only get in if you have the roundtable hold. Also was wondering what it would take to do a run where you kill everybody? Probably Impossible with the roundtable hold and other places was just an interesting thought I had in the shower.

i actually spent around 10 hours of my first playthrough without Melina showing up because i didnt rest at most of the graces i activated. this also meant i triggered the trap chest and had to walk my way out of Caelid. only after a friend told me to rest at the early graces did i finally get a maiden
Same. Its actually not that hard to avoid her tbh.i i didnt meet her until after i beat Godrick. And i specifically had to look up how to find her. Probably never wouldve encountered her until late game otherwise because theres no reason to rest at overworld graces unless youre tping or levelling, and I hadnt met her to level up yet so...
The same thing happened to me, I actually killed Margit the first time because I thought he was the first boss that would actually unlock leveling. I thought they really made this game hard and maybe I was supposed to explore more, but persevered. After leveling up didn't unlock from him I had to look it up x_x
Once you get out of the cave the trap takes you to, you can teleport tho

Love the part when you try to get into the capital with 3 runes. I saw it coming and couldn't wait to see it. My brother tried to do a "No maidens" run and not talk to Melina for the run but failed once he got to the capital and found out you can only get in if you have the roundtable hold. Also was wondering what it would take to do a run where you kill everybody? Probably Impossible with the roundtable hold and other places was just an interesting thought I had in the shower.
I'm late but it's possible to get most of the roundtable's characters out of there.
All this comments about music and edit make me understand that besides fun and complex chellenges your videos also fill for me niche of good old fragmovies and edits. I am so glad that people who do that stuff still exist.
