Honestly I love the consistent use of Ghibli movie tracks in this video, Drangleic, gives me a darker version of the vibes that ghibli does in a lot of their soft post-apocalyptic settings. Obviously there aren't any ravenous undead or anything *usually* so blatantly violent or dangerous, but a lot of the locations in DS2 have a sense of stillness to them that the other games kinda lack in my mind. People living out their existence despite the curse slowly and inevitably making them eventually go hollow. It's a very somber idea compared to the rest of the series and I really like that you kinda highlighted that, intentionally or not.

Everybody out here talking about how he's crazy creative and good at the games but my god can we talk about this man's choice of music for a second?! Every. Single. Video. has an absolutely flawless list of tracks. It's at the point where I'm not even sure how he's able to pick his music so well, seeing as some of the tracks he uses have like less than 10k clicks.

Only possible ending is God Home ending = Boss rush with 40 bosses = Defeat all 40 bosses (including optional ones) in the game first!!

Super interesting way to play the game, also learned some tricks from this. Just one nitpick, cant you get Giant seeds after killing Last Giant? Just use that, jump to the tower before Smelter that has no other way to enter than jumping. Use the seed, let the Alonne knights kill Dennis. Worked every time on SL1.

Step 2: Store the Dark souls File in a Pendrive or C.D.
Step 3: Get a good Weapon prefably a hammer sword or chainsaw (or you can use your bare hands for flex).
Step 4: Beat The Everliving Crap out of the C.D/pendrive until it is no longer existent

Ymfah, the Unrelenting would be a better title. Even though he doesn't talk much, he has before, and also he literally does these challenges for days on end, torturing himself and then has to edit it on top of that. He truly is unrelenting.

How does he do this? Even with the most severe of handicaps he still makes himself op. Remeber how he basically became a god in skyrim no run? Like how?
The souls games despite the increased crippling difficulty actually gives u plenty of means to obtain viable equipment to adapt to these challenges. Dark Souls 2 especially with being able to have access to new game + equipment which are close to being fully upgraded on a first run. Ymfah makes it look easy but u actually need extensive knowledge of the many equipment capabilities and not to mention the patience and skill to go through such lengths and properly utilise them. This is a golden example of using everything the game allows u to inorder to overcome the impossible.
@@TKM20XX Yeah I guess that's fair, I've only ever played ds3 and while it was daunting at first the game is honestly too easy now, once you understand how the enemies/bosses work it's pretty simple.
He's not really op, except for very early maybe. He's just good at the game by now. Especially the end game bosses are beaten not by having some op equipment, it's the opposite, he is far weaker than you should be.
@@dr.toasty2343 That's the rule of all Soulsborne games. NK took me like 40+ tries the first time. I now do him consistently without getting hit. Sekiro has that same rule even stronger. Ball breakingly difficult, yet once you master it, laughably easy.

@@archibaldsutherland177 When you open up a menu like that "Leave" just means to leave the menu. In order to leave a covenant you need to abandon it via Shalquoir the cat or by joining another covenant (technically it's never referred to as "leaving" in game, it's always "abandoning"). So it was a joke about leaving the covenant by selecting the "Leave menu" option.

He is forced to do it, but at the same time its a cut scene not an interaction or the talking option.
Instances of forced damage don't end a no damage run. So why should character creator end a no talking run?
@@halvarianknight4477 Instanced of forced damage or death are usually skipped. Like the elevator skip in DS1. Otherwise, I'd still have the same opinion. If a game has a segment where the player character is forced to take a hit. It is impossible to do a no hit run without mental gymnastics. If the elevator skip was not possible in DS1 then it would be impossible to do a no death run of DS1 without mental gymnastics. Simple As.
