Thanks to Dr. Vivek Joshi, I followed a Kapha diet, took Kanchar guggulu tablets three times a day, had Triphala powder between meals. Amazingly, my 6.1 cm left ovarian cyst disappeared in just 1.5 months, avoiding surgery (as suggested by the gynaecologist I was consulting. Even took hormonal pills for 2 months but nothing worked). So grateful for finding this video!
