the snare in uk garage tracks and like this is layers, sometimes it's rim or perc over clap or dry snare but tend to be very short , as garage 2 step has a shuffle swing to the elements , hats in garage need to be short, bouncy but light in vol as most 2 step garage is tempo of 130-135 , your hear also lots fill elements called ghost snares light in vol its all in the groove really, nice track flava d

Could someone maybe give me some tips for playing chords by ear like she does?? I'd love to be able to do that, I have a pretty good ear and used to learn classical piano a lot by ear, but for some reason I'm terrible with chords. I just can't make chords sound good together, AND I know a lot of music theory.
It would be amazing if someone could give me some tips for making such full sounding jazzy chords work together just by ear.
