A shame what this course has become - back in the day during the spring months it was immaculate - then the decision to pump as many rounds as possible ruined the integrity.
My family was the 1st residents, we moved in on opening day - I worked there & called the place home for more than 15 years - now... I wont even play there.
Played last summer and wasn’t to bad. About to play there this weekend, hows the condition?
@@bencalkins6069 To be honest Ben, its been a while - once my parents moved & Arnold Palmer sold out to that family, everything got so bad - I swore I'd never go back till I heard things improved. Trying to squeeze 50,000 rounds a year w/o out quality groundskeepers is a nightmare. Its nice to hear its gotten better -
My parents old house/yard is a fragment of what it used to be - Im afraid to see pics of it.
@@techsysengineer5135 it’s improved tremendously, you would be surprised.
My dad said the course used to be really prestine and he played their with his buddies before the conditions got worse. When he finnaly played it again after 5 years it was not the same course
