SO unrelated but that sweater looks SO soft and comfy! 😂
Your going to do so well! So happy your near the end of your program girlie 🤗Thank you for this! Loving all your study pick-ups 🙌
Next it will be your turn! 🤍☺️
Thank you so much for this info. I take my exam in December and I have major anxiety every time I think about it. I know I have plenty of time to prepare and study but it's still so intimidating. I plan on using all the resources that you mentioned. Thanks again and good luck to you!
Callaway spoke at a our local rad. sciences conference and he was awesome! I was going to buy his book, but my program director said that they give us a copy of it once we start our review in April. I'm excited! Those flashcards look amazing! I'm going to have to find those!
Definitely gonna need this when I take my boards!! Thank you! ❤️
I just ordered the flashcards, cant wait to use them!
Hi Julia. I'm glad I came across your video. A reflection back on your study tools after you take the ARRT exam is something I'd really like to see(-:
I definitely will do that then :)
I take my boards in a little over a year but it’s great to know what you are using to study! I would love to see a video of how your boards went and what you used helped you the most! Good luck on your boards!! You’re going to do great!!💕
thank you so much! 💛
Thanks so much for sharing!! I also graduate in May and plan on taking my board the next couple of months! Good luck!!!!
Good luck to you!!!
Best of luck and success ❤️
You're so organized !! Good luck in May!
Thank you, Emily! 🤍
goodluck girl!
thank you!
Thanks for the RadTechBootCamp shout-out! I wanted to mention that RadTechBootCamp is MOST known for our unique and detailed video lessons. Our videos cover all major Radiography topics and principles such as Imaging Physics, Digital Radiography, Radiation Protection and Biology, the X-Ray Tube and Components and an entire course on Positioning and Anatomy.
Rad Tech Bootcamp is all you need! That is all I used abd I passed the first time ! Highly recommended! It is so comprehensive and easy to understand. It’s like having a Private teacher ! I tested last May .
Do you have an app to go with it?
My class uses the mosbys review book for our registry prep class! I really like it, it summarizes everything nicely and then has 100 question test at the end of each section and then a 220 question test with each section set up like the registry!
I have set my date to take the registry in May and hoping with everything going on we still get to take it at that time! Thanks for this video and good luck to you :)
I've heard such good things! I'm super glad I purchased it! Best of luck to you on your boards exam & I'm hoping that everything stays on track! :)
My class also used MOSBYs. My exam is in 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!
HangulHeroine what books or tools do you recommend that will have the best and similar info like the boards?
Amazing video well done 😊😊❤️❤️👍👍
Yas Queen. Be smart when you prepare for ARRT. :)
I need to organize my binder that way, I literally just throw all my papers into a big binder for when I take my licensure test buttttt I need to put in some dividers to separate it all now 😂
it takes some time but it's so worthwhile! ☺️
Good luck on the boards!!! Im sure it has changed since I took the exam...14 years ago 🙃. But i know it was sooo stressful waiting for that envelope that came in the mail with my name with R.T(R) behind it and the results! I know now you immediately find out...well here in PA anyway. Good luck!!! (Also, new subscriber. Glad i found your videos!)
Thank you so much.
This is right guide for me
Best of luck ! i also was at the confrence in vegas im sitting for my boards in 2 months so nervous haha
that's awesome! wishing you the best of luck. RadTechBootCamp has been helping me so much for reviewing
@@JuliaKristine Im usig lange cards and the mosby book right now i like the book alot cause you can test your self and im going to print out my seal exams to see also
I have the mosbys book and the online testing version! I like it.
Hi! Second semester senior here. So I've been using only Mosbys and Correctec. (Only taken the online mocks on Mosbys so far.) I make roughly a 75 every time, give or take. I'm taking my first Correctec mock on Monday. I'm kind of concerned that Mosbys so far is like right at that 75 for me. Do you think that this average or below?
@@monicaraley1751 I would focus on correctec or radreview. Mosbys is great but the questions are really easy in compare to the registry. My 2 friends focused on mosbys and didn’t pass
Wonderful and beautiful video like you and us
Updated what’s on my iPhone? 😁
Awesome vid ❤❤ I write my boards next year (I'm from Canada so I write the CAMRT exam), and I was wondering if those flash cards have CT images included? Part of my exam is being able to identify anatomy and pathology on CT images, which I'm currently stuggling with
unfortunately they're only for radiography! I'm sure you could google flashcards for CT review to see if any companies sell some :)
hi! not sure if you'll see this, but I was studying on this program called RadTechBootCamp today (absolutely SO helpful! I love it) & they have interactive videos for studying cross-sectional anatomy! Just thought I'd mention it to you :)
@@JuliaKristine Thank you sooo much!!! Will absolutely check it out. Hope you and your family are well and good luck on studying ❤❤
Hi! Can you make a video which one wants more effective for you?! What methods help you pass the boards?!
Yes!
I recommend Mobsy’s so much! It helped me a ton with boards!
I'm glad I purchased it! :)
Did you use only mosby? Or other tools?
Lana R we were required to also purchase Kettering Review, Corectec and one other book that I don’t remember the name of, I used Mobsy’s the most and Corectec the second most. I just like the easy to read and how easy it is to go through the material in Mobsy’s. I felt I was able to study a lot in a short period of time.
Hey Julia! What have you found out works best for reviewing positioning and anatomy? Thanks!
RadTechBootCamp!
@@JuliaKristine thanks! I'll check it out😁
Good luck. I was trying to find a video to help me study and I came across your video. I take my registry in June. Please make a video on how u do
Good luck on your exam!
I am a certified MA with x-ray limited, currently doing my hours at a radiology clinic, before I actually start taking x-rays I want to study more and learn more since I am more knowledgeable in medical assistant. Do you have any recommendations I could use/study?
You could give rad tech boot camp a try! That’s what I used to study for boards, but there are new positioning videos on there which I bet would be super helpful!
Good luck 🍀 🍀 🍀. I am in my second semester.
Did you have to take comprehensive written exam in the radiology program because my school is asking for that
No I didn’t have to take that
Does anyone know how to read or go by the mosbys review guide it’s just a bunch of questions n multiple choices to answer
It’s to help you practice the questions. The answers are in the back.
Hello , I love your video very informative I take my registry exam in a month . I was wondering now that you finished your boards what did you find helpful, have you posted a video about it can you send me the link lol. Thank you 🙏
Yes I have done this! I used RadTechBootCamp
ruclips.net/video/DdILMBIiuTo/видео.html
After taking the ARRT what study reviews/flashcards do you think best prepared you?
I have not taken the exam yet.
Julia Kristine very interested in a video of which ones helped you most :)
I am taking my registry on saturday may 9th ! Mosby's book is a really good an easy read! Our program uses corectec as an online study material and it really helps. Previous graduates have said that it really helped to do Corectec since it is very similar to what is on the registry.
Good luck on your exam! I will have to look into that :) thank you!
Hi Evelynn, I’ll be taking mines soon! Any tips after you took your registry? And what tools you used :) deeply appreciate it.
Lana R I’m so excited for you! 1st make sure you study well ahead of time that way you have enough time to be prepared before your exam. My program offered an online study tool called Corectec which is pretty similar to how the registry was worded. I would briefly go over anything you feel like you don’t know very well but don’t stress if you can’t remember it all it’s a lot to learn. Do not study the day before your test so that you don’t feel burnt out and so you don’t start to confuse yourself. Make sure you set aside time to study but also give yourself a break :). The day of your test try and relax although I know it can be stressful just breathe while you are taking your test, do not rush you have more than enough time to answer every question. I would suggest answering the questions you know and flag any questions you are unsure of or don’t know and move on. Once you get to the end of the test, I suggest only going over the questions you have flagged. I also went over some anatomy from my Bontrager book, I would also recommend reading up on where the barium is located during a barium enema or an upper GI. Also go over some fractures and definitions of different types of pathologies for upper and lower extremity. If you have any questions you can DM me on Instagram @evelynn_itsmylife 😁. Best of luck to you ! Go rock that registry 😎💥you got this !!
Evelynn Olvera thank you so much for the support. I’m just really nervous to take it.
Lana R trust me I was too! Just remember to relax and don’t stress too much about one question. You’ve been working hard for this and you will do great 👍🏽
Hey Julia, great video...how did your exam go?
I haven’t taken it yet!
Great tips!! I'm sure you will do awesome!
Do you know of any apps that might be helpful to study for the ARRT?
I don't know of any apps!
Thank you
Hey Julia do u recommend rad review as well?
I only used the trial version of RadReview and I wasn't a fan!
Hi Julia guess what I passed the registry, thank you for help, because I was able to find my own routine to study. I used Mosby, QA work book radreview. You rock and you're amazing 💪💪💪💪💪💪🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 thank you
Where’s your computer case from?🤩
It’s a sticker from case app!
How helpful is Rad Tech Boot Camp? Very on the fence about getting it!
I love it! It's so helpful for getting a refresher on the physics material that I learned in my very first semester.
I'll be doing a video showing how I use it soon
Julia Kristine I just finished my second semester (learned extremities/pelvis/chest/basic physics). Would it be too early to buy or do you think it could help while taking courses?
Yes it’s not just for boards prep! It would be helpful throughout the entire program!
thats crazy lol our school gave us rad tech book camp and the mosby book for free lol
lucky! we didn't get a single thing for free 😂

UPDATE: I made a video talking about what helped me most on my boards exam!
I got an 88 without studying :D
Wow! Congratulations!
Julia Kristine your videos are very relaxing! I didn’t mean to sound boastful. The techs I worked with told me the test is easier than the practice tests in my program lol..
Wish this would help but i’m taking the ARRT for nuclear medicine not XRAY
Sorry - didn’t realize the title was confusing. I updated it.
Julia Kristine its no problem. I liked your video seeing how you prep for your exam it is almost the same way I’m doing for mine. All the best to you and bettering other people’s lives.
Did you pass?
Yes
Can anybody tell me how can I apply for arrt exam ? I'm from India and have done my graduation in radiography
You have to graduate from an accredited program in order to sit for the ARRT exam.
@@JuliaKristine it means my degree from India won't work ?
More than likely. I am not a program instructor, so I would suggest looking up this information on ARRT.org
@@JuliaKristine okk thankyou so much 🤗🤗🤗
Today is my Birthday
happy birthday!
Thank you so much Julia for your kind birhtday wish 😊😊❤️❤️👍👍
