I think this is the perfect video for a ps5 HDMI port replacement it's just so perfect and clean job maybe the best clean job i ever seen honestly well done 👍👍👍👍
@@UberMicroRepairs I commented on a video the other day about ps5 doing g this exact thing and then some imbecile reported me to RUclips for miss information 🤣 says his is standing up and always will be 😄 some people have nothing better to do I guess.
That was to remove tthe damaged port. I don't care if I melt it, I just need to get it off the board safley. If you watch the rest of the video you'll see I don't do that to the new port. Thanks for the tip though.
Would love to find a big flat Weller XT tip like that for good feed through for my Weller XP irons. What iron/tip is that. Beautiful work. You always do very clean work. Good job.
Thank you, appreciate it! It's a T12-D52 tip (big phat one) the other I use is a T12-KU knife tip. I have a KSGER for the heavy lifting and Aixun T3b (with T210 tips) for the delecate stuff.
Search term. 👍 This PS5 had a white light and no display tested on 2 TV's and Elgato capture card. Not to mention the customer observing the same symtons. May be there should be sutch a thing? Makes it easier for the average person to describe the issue.

Thank you that means alot. Your comment made me rewatch this video and I'm going back to that camera view for all my new videos.
@@UberMicroRepairs my pleasure 🌹🌹
Gravity takes action with the liquid metal. I have been saying this for a long time that standing up will cause issues later down the line
Litrally every one I open now have the top half of the APU dry.

Some times you can help stupid.
One tip you should never heat up HDMI port from above, but from below, but pretty nice video. :)

@@UberMicroRepairs made up names. It’s simply no video issue.
I agree 100% See my original replay I've edited it.
I had that but it still worked on VR headset.
