    It's easier to just eat the sunscreen and sweat it during the day, it keep you covered at all times and it's evenly applied over the body 👍🏻

    my fav suncream is haruharu wonder black rice moisture airyfit SPF 50+. (chemical version) its the best for combination skin and has nice velvet finish.

    Do I have to apply sunscreen on my neck even if I am wearing a big scarf all day?

      Yes incase you take it off, places like arms and neck should be covered incase you roll up sleeves or take off scarfs. I wouldn't go covering ur whole body tho that would be a miserable lifestyle. Focus on ur most visible parts as nobody is defeating aging nor will they give up an an extra half hour of their everyday life to fully reapply it over their body multiple times a day.

      No. There is no melanin in sunscreen

    I use Lakme sunscreen or joves....but i am thinking of switching to plum.... What do you think???

      Plz don't, I have plum 2% niacibamide sunscreen but I recently found out it has octocrylene and older generation sunscreen barriers

    Baru je beli sunscreen y.o.u yg spf30 and tetiba ade yg tanye host masa live tu ape beza 30&50. Host tu ckp 30 x sesuai utk outdoors sbb x cukup protections. I rase host tu yg kene cukup ilmu before jual pape.😅

      Spf30 tu ada pa+++ so mmg sesuai untuk indoor… yg you sunscreen spf50 tu pa++++ ada 4 plus mmg untuk outdoor

    Sunscreen are expensive for students to use it everyday and skin care companies only sell small sizes of sunscreen to be use everyday 😢

      lab muffin did a great video on this one, but basically if you’re next to a big window all day, yes, preferably. If you’re not in contact with the light that much, then you don’t have to.

    Please Dr if the UV Index is about 1 am I suppose to use sunscreen? Thank you👍

      I apply it when the uv index is above 4. I noticed that uv index 1 is when the sun is about to set or rise from the horizon. So, I usually take my vitamin D during that time

      Yes. If you go to your balcony, terrace, backyard, etc. Also, some dermatologists say your phone and computer screens also produce bluelight rays that are bad for your skin. So you need to apply it even at home.

    Ngl I don't think anyone's going far enough to wear sunscreen over skin under the body maybe the arms incase you roll up ur sleeve or legs if you have shorts. If you cover ur whole body in sunscreen that must be a miserable lifestyle.

      phsical better…if u want to reduce sensitivite due to retinoid…use sandwic method and skin cycling…..
