Tangri Kabab
Ingredients:
chicken legs pieces 5-6
yogurt 1 cup
paprika powder 1 tbsp
red chili powder 1 1/2 tbsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
cumin powder 1 tbsp
chaat masala 1 tbsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
ketchup 1/4 cup
salt 1 tsp
green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
oil (for frying) 1/2 cup
heated coal 1
oil (for smoke) 1 tsp
Directions:
1. take chicken leg pieces and place deep cuts on them with knife.
2. transfer them to a bowl and add yogurt, paprika powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, ketchup, salt and mix it well. marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
3. heat oil in a pot and add marinated chicken pieces. cook each side for a minute. now cover and cook until chicken is 60% done.
4. place heated coal in the aluminum cup in the pot. drizzle oil on the heated coal and cover and smoke the chicken for 1-2 mins.
5. now directly gril the chicken pieces ove rthe flame carefully untl they are fully done.
6. Your Tangri Kabab is ready. serve and enjoy.
