She reminds me of how my mom and ex stepdad believed, I was raised to be modest and innocent and to this day I have problems with the idea of sex because I feel like it wouldn’t be lady like and have a divide between discovering what I enjoy and being afraid to be in an actual relationship because I feel like I can’t be properly attached.
Basically don’t raise your kids to think they should only be pure, innocent, and modest all of the time until marriage- especially if they’re female. It fucks them up.

When I was 11 a group of men started following me around the streets and kept yelling at me “nice butt”, “wait for me beauty”, “baby come here” it was a group of I think 30 or 40 men, there was a lot, it was night and I was wearing shorts and a tank top, at eleven I already had my period and all, what I did was I started walking fast and when I was far enough of them started running and told a pregnant woman that was there what was happening, I still remembered, worst day of my life.

So I know lol of how much that sucks. But i can't imagine having to stay with beruff conservatives(my dad is obviously that way but my mom got full custody and dad only cared about seeing me when he had a new gf and wanted to look like a good dad and tried to get me to come and visit him. I've been both the girl who barely wears anything and the girl who is ridiculously modest. Both were and are perfectly fine. I felt really comfortable and good about myself at both ends of the spectrum and in between. Where I land usually depends on fashion, practicality, comfort, and how I feel about my body. For real!!! I hate the argument that it is the women's fault because she wore "sexual" or "revealing clothes". It's the man's fault if he wants to think, and do things he should know are wrong. In kindergarten there was this kid who was like 2 years older than everyone else, and he would grab the waistband of my pants or underwear, pull it, and snap it against me. In third grade kids would run their fingers through my hair, and someone whispered in my ear that I was their baby. Then last year (I'm 14 and a freshman) this kid touched me inappropriately for a few months, and wouldn't stop. He even changed his classes to be with me, and even threatened suicide if I didn't hold his hand. In kindergarten I wore t-shirts, leggings and a little bow in my hair. Third grade I wore the same thing. And now I wear sweatpants, and oversized sweaters. I have been touched inappropriately since the age of 6. My mom told me it was because I was "too pretty" and I was sensitive to the harassment because of hormones. Wtf????????

And there are plenty of ways to catch that without cheating.
For example, some little fast food worker decides to spit in your food because you didn't tip them 50% for making a single simple order? Well if they have the infection. There ya go. There's also bad blood transfusions, maybe bad hygiene practices at a dentists.
That example is outlandish but the point is, there are PLENTY of ways to accidentally catch some STIs through non se/xual means, so even in a perfectly monogamous marriage, you should still be safe.
