I've had one for about 2 days he's scared to death and I think he's missing an eye or had an infection. He's able to walk and crawl and I don't wanna pick him up to much until he's a Lil more use to me. He needs a bath and he's popped on his own twice. I been feeding him tuna mixed with formula and baby food like banana mixed with formula and pedialite. I been mixing it in a bowl and giving it to him since I'm scared to handle him to much and stress him out. Any advice is much appreciated

One is stuck in out attic. I can hear it now just above our master bath shower. We caught a mom, dad, 3 babies, but 1 snuck away. I wish I could keep him, the crying sounds so sad :'(

@@MuhammadEgypttechnically your not saposed to keep them as pets but if they have no mother u can always care for them and raise them as a pet but it isn't recommended best to raise them to a certian age and help teach them how to survive in the wild and not allow it to get to attached to u. So it can fend for itself and find its own food. But they will not survive without their mother if they are under a year old

I recently found a newborn racoom covered in flies and maggots. We dont habe rehabs in my area so im rasing him bought him kitten formula and so far hes doing good. Omce hes all enough hes getting his vaccines and gonna hopefully be rehabed
I have had two now. If you know a goat person you can get the rabies vax, for it. I also got vaccinated to be safe. Told them one jumped out of the garbage at me.

i raised a raccoon for 9 months we fed it liquid cat milk for 3 months then it started eating cat food and any other foods it really liked vegetables and fruit after 9 months the wild life reservers came and got him

Three days ago, I saved this poor baby raccoon. The mother got hit by a car and I could not let this poor baby to suffer. I went to store, bought KMR, did a lot of research about the right way to feed and take care him. But I also read about the roundworm that is extremely deadly for other pets and humans. There is not cure, or vaccine. Did you worry about the roundworm when you were taking care your raccoon? Can you give me any opinion on this matter. I am very scared but I would not abandon this baby. I will do what I have to do to save him. But any information in this matter would greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely Naira

Only way to get rid of those worms is to undergo a surgery, a massive surgery.
@@ahmadfaris8044 No, they are given worming meds. No surgery needed.
There is dewormers for round worms just go to an exptic vet. As long as you practice good hygiene you should be fine

CUTEEEEEE... but after all it is a wild animal once had a baby seagul that i kidnapped from its mother, i almoust went crazy i returned it cuz it made the same awful sound if i did not feed it or hug him with my hand (u know) all the time. (Btw sorry for my english im finnish)

What should you do if you give them something with milk in it??? I know u can’t give them milk but I did by accidentally gave it a stick of butter with cat food and mayonnaise on it??????? Please help!

If it's old enough to eat a stick of butter covered mayonnaise and cat nip, it will probably be fine

how keep and raise a raccoon
step 1 find a egg so you can take you'll have the chance to do this when the mother gone
step 2 once you have the egg get all the things you'll need to get this items milk cat food dog food nuts and seeds
step 3 once you have all of this items make a bed for it keep it warn so it won't freeze
step 4 once it comes out of the egg give it food and milk everyday
step 5 once him/her growns up you'll need to get water and not milk
(if it lays eggs then once it passes away you'll do this all over again)
