I must be totally different here because I don’t see a Muslim with a cover or not as a terrorist but I don’t live in the UK. In the U.S. I’m constantly thinking terrorist when I see random white, American born citizens who are draped in our flag and have a belt full of weapons or assault rifles attached to their backs. Those are 95% of our problem here
The revert, sister Lauren spoke way better than the so called "modern Islamic" woman who parents hailed from Pakistan yet trying hard to be liberal Muslim...shame! 😥
What percentage of Muslim females know that wearing the face veil isn't actually a religious requirement. Saira is right, it's cultural. It comes from Middle Eastern/ Arabic culture. Growing up here in London back in the 80s & 90s you rarefy saw British Muslim females wearing the veil, the burka or the hijab. Maybe older women, but not teens or pre. teen girls It seemed to become popular amongst young female Muslims after 9/11.
"What percentage of muslim females know that wearing face veil is not a religioua requirement, it's cultural" lol i think you have no idea how educated Muslim women are about their religion! Certainly more than you are.
Yes it’s not mandatory but some women feel more comfortable with it, why is that such an issue to some of you? In Britain it’s completely your own choice
hey as a niqabi I wear my face veil as a choice no one makes me wear it and I do allow people to see my for only security reasons like at the doctors office or let's say at DMV or court or somewhere I have to show my face for them to make sure its me. but out on the street and other situations no I don't take it off. but please don't associate me with terrorist groups I am not one I am a law abiding citizen I speak 3 languages and am finally after two year of 2 years of marriage learning Arabic.
@@tudormiller887 that’s them, if you’re for women’s rights shouldn’t you be for women being able to wear what they want? Whether that’s covered or not covered

Hang on why is it Muslims don't want to do anything to be part of our country but if we went to their country we would have no rights but to follow what their way of life

Distinctly in school teachers need to see the state of children to carryout their role fully - religious of not, covering the face is bad in institutions like schools and I think general homogeny in society...in a country such as the UK with a wide range of freedom and protection. I think there have been two fears, external cultures overriding British cultural ideas (rather than celebrating culture), and more modernly terrorist activities driving this need for change - both lead to lower integration between communities...
Also to make sure all the wonen ar e fully verse in the religion a 2 minths stay in truly islamic country such as afganistan, saudi arabia, pakistan, iran should be mandatory and thus applies to spouse of immigrant muslim so they can fully understand what they are getting into. Also punishment for leaving islam (apostasy ),treatment of woman and law that applies to them in muslim countries .the should be aware of female genital mutulation and ither practices.

Are u sure that saira Khan is a muslim
She declared she left Islam a while back but long after this video.
If she is or isn’t a Muslim she’s choosing not to wear one which is her choice but she shouldn’t mock someone who does wear one that’s there choice
