Chat to your doctor about an iron infusion! For me, it fixed the broader issue that this is a symptom of, along with fatigue and all the other downsides of anaemia.
Welcome to the club 🎉. Autoimmune diseases have thinned mine…honestly this time I am told it’s not growing back. Sorry for the bummer but we should share it all. Let’s support each other’s efforts and I pray for you ❤
I was going to order that Elvive rinse that you recommended and lots of reviews said it made their hair fall out- I hope this isn’t what’s making your hair loss worse. I hope you can find a solution- I’m having thinning too - best of luck ❤
Crazy we have the same hair ! Texture and colour and look. I started to lose hair quite a lot in the last years and I didn’t know what I could do about it. It wasn’t until I started seeing my scalp that I was desperate. Here are the things that helped me HUGELY. 1. Ordinary hair serum, use it every other day on dirty hair ( they say use on clean but it makes my hair look unwashed, so I put it few hrs before bed and sleep, sometimes wash out next day if I am washing hair, otherwise I go for round 2 and I use a very generous amount where my scalp feels damp) I focus on temples and crown ( where I am experiencing hair loss). With continuous use this helped me to stop shedding ! I also have seen new hair growth/old hair regrowing along the hair line and temples. I’ve gone through at least 7 bottles of ordinary serum and will continue to use it because it definitely works. I started to massage my scalp for 10-20 mins every day 2. I started taking weem gummies, on my 4th bottle currently and I think they’re also helping but not sure so far. 3. I was using my LED face mask on my scalp as well, but after doing research apparently it is not going to give u the same results as if you were to use the helmet( helmet has more diodes and they’re pulsating) so I purchased Irestore helmet as my newest addition, been using it for 2 months now, not sure if it’s helping but I am enjoying it so far. ( at first I was also using the mask both on head and face but realized it will shorten it’s durability, since led devices need to be replaced eventually, I think it’s a waste of the mask on the head) This simple routine has helped me to stop shedding as well as see significant growth in the spots where I lost the hair. I’m also a picky eater and tend to eat the same thing, when I should be eating more fruits and fermented foods! So when I eat well, use scalp serum, take good hair supplements, massage 10-20 mins a day, LED mask, I’m no longer shedding clumps, only a tiny a amount. I am happy so far!
I had this same problem!! Celery juice made miracles for me… This might be related to adrenal glands fatigue!! Have a look on the Medical Medium books and protocols addressing the adrenals!! Spoiler: caffeine, stress and even viral infection can affect our adrenals (like a lot).
I experienced the same, and after a year of supplements, natural remedies, my hair started growing back. Thanks, God! now when I see all the baby hair .... I seriously thought I was going bald 😭😭😭 I think so many people experience this, especially after the virus and the pandemics.
Face LEDs dont work the same way for hair because you need Higher power and a slightly different wavelength i do believe. I wanted to do the same thing but research says otherwise 😭😭
As a wrestler i just change my hair style when i want to change my gimmick after being gone for 2 or 3 months that i sometimes go bald for my Erick Rowan Gimmick or get a mohawk like Sheamus or get Dreadlocks like Bray Wyatt but right now i don't need to change my hairstyle cause i'm doing my Drew McIntyre gimmick going back an fourth with my hair up into a ponytail to do a promo or have my hair down when i'm in a match that's how it works only in my own POV
Also wash less often and don’t get it wet often. Always use leave in conditioner and oil the ends as needed. Use a boars hair brush for spreading scalp oil down the strands, and get a bamboo brush for head massage and oil distribution. Try not to use heat and keep it in a braid while sleeping or working out or in any kind of wind. Also remember to eat nutritious fruits and vegetables. Best of luck!
@@CrustyUgg Sorry, becoming anemic. English is not my mother tongue...but I guess you noticed that already by commenting on that instead of the precious information about folate and cobalamine
@s-tech-123 the anemia. Anemia happens when there isn't enough iron in the blood. So if she gets supplements or a blood transfusion, it would help her not have anemia
It could also be due to diet. I have anemia and had thinning hair too. It wasn't until I started eating red meat every other day that it started to grow back thicker.
No. That doesn’t work for everyone. I have tried prp, supplements, iron pills for my anemia, rogaine, oral rogaine, spirolactone, and more! Nothing works for me.
My Respect to you for dealing with this issue in an honest way with the public.
@@beetothebop123😮 we surely have to take care. Thanks for letting me know! 😅

Same. I also have B12 anemia (pernicious anemia). So I am also doing B12 shots and iron infusion at once
I can't wait for the results cuz I have been suffering through...
You need iron infusion. I do 10 iron infusions each year. I was going bald and now my hair is almost all back
I have PCOS (which causes hormonal imbalances) and have been using minoxidil and rosemary water
I am so sorry that you are going through hair loss. Sending you love and hairy vibes 😊 xxx

I'm so sorry (hug) it's hard as women (and even men) hair feels so important to us.
Just a suggestion: iron infusions can help with anemia. There are side effects from the infusion, but might be worth it.
Thanks for being so open and solution focused, you are not alone, God bless!
Please keep us posted! I've been losing hair for years. ❤❤❤

wtf
Minoxidil is probably your best bet for helping with hair loss
What's it do
It’s what’s in Rogaine. It’s a hair regrowth medicine you spray on.
Finally, someone who preaches what I preach. Dr. Dray and Dr.Idris bout talk about Minixodil for scalp hair.
after the high frequency I recommend a scalp serum, high frequency increases absorbtion
You can start using hair growth serums with this, to get faster results ❤

It’s a very pretty color
Im suffering too 😅 please share all the hair content
Use rosemary oil on your scalp!
My hair looks exactly like yours! It’s both fine but also thinning now. Very curious to know if this stuff helps!!
Please get a supplement with methylfolate and methylcobalamine - it is essential for not getting anemia - I recommend the products from seeking health
Not getting anemia? 😂 🤡
@@CrustyUgg Sorry, becoming anemic. English is not my mother tongue...but I guess you noticed that already by commenting on that instead of the precious information about folate and cobalamine
The face mask isn't appropriated for the scalp, the ones for the scalp have different specs
Try the shea moisture masque and shampoo. I have type 2B hair and it works great. Very similar to yours
She has fine hair... not 2B
Not to be rude, but can't you just take supplements or get a blood transfusion to help with it?
????

i have anemia too and idk what to do
I have anemia too and my hair falls a lot. Time to see a derm 😢
Minoxidil and Spironolactone
Castor oil is better option and without any chemicals
besides isn't minoxidil a lifetime commitment? you're gonna shed hair once you stop using it.
Or. U can just put foods inside your body that help with anemia, it's gonna be FAAR MORE effective
or.
The best device you can get is some iron! Go to your doc!
At least you're no longer claiming to be a trychologist lmfao. That era of your was completely ridiculous
