Yay! So excited for your longer videos. I showed some of your short videos to my husband and we decided to get back outside this winter with our little one. Your kids are so lucky to have you 😊
Find myself watching your videos all the time, and I keep coming back to reference this one!! It helps so much to see how another mama gets it done in the winter 😊 Loving your channel, please keep making videos like this!!
Yay! My first baby is 4 months now and we have been taking her out more and more in this winter season here in MN. I lover her little coo's in the baby carrier in the winter snow. Thank you for inspiration! No bad weather, just bad clothing 😁
I started to watch your shorts recently! You are such an awesome mom. I hope I'm this active when I have children! Your videos are inspiring. Thank you
THANK YOU for this video! It was so informative and helpful to someone who is new to the "no bad weather" school of thought. I would love to know how long you stay out with your kids and at what point temperature-wise you would not take them out (I get really nervous about the delicate skin on my baby's face). And how you keep your kids safe in general outside.Thank you again! So excited for this channel!
Oh I’m so glad you liked it and are excited for more videos! Just to quickly answer, we are usually out for a few hours on the trail in the winter. Sometimes less, not usually too much longer than then since it’s just me with the kids. And you could try a neck gaiter or some aquaphor on your baby’s cheeks!
I don’t have a hard temperature limit since it doesn’t get too cold here in Utah, but I don’t like being out hiking when it’s under 10°F usually. Especially when it’s windy. But I know people who go out in colder, it’s just what your preference is and how prepared you are
You have to start vloging your trips or whatever your doing the shorts are not long enough I would love to see you daily vloging at home or anything u will go far on RUclips
Brilliant video thank you so much !! Have you ever camped at night with a young infant ? I have a 4mo baby and we live in Scotland , we do a lot of camping with our roof top tent. We are ebf also so I’ve already converted my underlay to being bf friendly but wondered what you recommend for night camping (off ground) if you have experience 🙏🏼 thank you 😘
Yes! I car camped with my baby when she was just 4 weeks and then backpacked with her at 3 months. I have lots of tips on my Instagram and hoping to share more here on RUclips but I highly recommend a Merino wool nursing friendly top for you! It makes it so much easier for those night feedings.
Awesome video, well done! I'm trying to follow the reima links but they aren't working. The amazon and Iksplor links are working, but the reima ones aren't. In case it's not just me, wanted to let you know, thanks!
I have a question, I live in a warm country, I’m planning a winter trip to Iceland with my 4 months old and it’s my 1st child, my question is how to dedicate if the kid is comfortable with the clothes and how to make sure they actually warm since they can’t say anything ?
It kind of varies on wind and how shady the trail is, but usually when it’s under 30°F. Or if it’s warmer but windy or we’re going to be in the shade. And we’re usually out for a few hours! It depends if I have a sled for my toddler not 😊

I am excited about these upcoming videos. I'm a former wilderness guide, but have a lot to learn about adding babies and toddlers to the mix!
Wow I bet you have some great skills and experience you could share 🙌🏼 but yes, getting out with kids adds a whole new level of preparedness 😅
Not at all what I was searching for but I got some VERY USEFUL INFO from your video.

I’m so inspired! Thank you! I farm, I don’t have kids yet, but when I do, I’d let to have them out with me taking care of the Sheep.
My dad grew up on a farm and he learned so many amazing life lessons 👏🏼 He’s the hardest working man I know
