Beretta claims that the APX A1 carry and the Nano magazines aren't compatible because they are a little different. The nano magazines will however still work in the APX carry although its probably best to only trust your nano magazines in the APX for the range.
I’m so torn on this gun. 50% say it’s a good gun. Then the other 50% say it’s horrible due to the trigger not being great. Idk I guess I’m just going to have to get it since buds has it on sale and find out for myself.
I like the trigger and also, I take most things from the gun community with a grain of salt. The gun community is full of a bunch of dorks who love to crap on anything that isnt mainstream.
Yeah u really can’t count on listening to the media or many other ppl..especially the ones that think they know it all! And those that think they’re above everyone else & thinks they’re guns are far better than any other! U have to go check it out yourself. Guns are like anything else u wear, comfortable, reliable, accurate. Idk if advice u to do your own research. 👍 it’s true what u say though, some say, they’re good, whilst others say they’re garbage! 😂 that’ll confuse the heck outta anyone!
@@CamGaylorJust like they crapped on the design of the og APX so Beretta changed it. I appreciate the original design. Imo it's beautiful in an aggressive way.

I just picked up a brand spanking new one just the other day. I was highly impressed with the quality, and quality control of the Berettas made in Tennessee. They almost remembered to install the rear chassis disassembly pin... Almost.
Thanks I appreciate it. Currently beretta doesn’t make a small micro double stack like the sig 365 but stoeger just came out with one and they are a subsidiary of beretta.
I like this gun... I dont love it... the best thing about this mini 9mm is the 8 rnd magazine that drops down far enough to grab my pinky. I love the grip on the gun as well, but i feel like since its on the lighter side, the recoil is pretty bad on the gun. It would be nice to see a barrel extension with threads. What really sold me on this gun was that this past summer cabelas had a great deal where it came with a Burris FastFire on it, but only 1 mag, at about 399. Which at the cost of the red dot, it was tough to pass on. Overall i feel like most people complain about triggers too much.
i bought one, only because i got it for 180 bucks, gun shoots straight, not crazy about the trigger, seems like there is a primary wall and a secondary wall, i checked out a canik meta, trigger is fantastic.
I don't feel that it's very snappy. I have a shorts video where I just empty a mag into the dirt. That may give you an idea of the recoil but I personally don't feel that it's very snappy. I also enjoy shooting 40 cal a lot so maybe I'm just use to recoil. Thanks for stopping by.
Outstanding. Thank you. I don't even have my APX Carry (on it's way) but I'm already looking at IWB holsters.. and I like your. Thank you. Keep up the great vids Brother. @@CamGaylor
I know I'll get roasted in the comments. But how does this compare to something like the Taurus G2C? I am looking to get my first handgun and want to go budget. Local gun store has the G2C for 239.99. They have this for 299.99 with the rebate.
This will be smaller then the G2c the G2c is a double stack pistol but they are actually pretty good. Taurus makes a pistol called the G2s that is single stack and would be more comparable to this gun. Either one will probably work fine. The Taurus has a strange trigger that breaks really far back. The Beretta has a trigger that is more similar to other striker fired guns like the Glock, XD, M&p ECT. The Taurus trigger is fine in my opinion but I've heard that people with very large hands struggle with it's trigger. Either gun will probably serve you well. Thanks for watching I have always had good luck with Taurus products
Is it reliable, that's the real question, seem to be mixed reviews on that, don't care about the trigger at all, I'm still not sure whether to go for it or not
@@CamGaylor have you dry fired it ? Cause I've read some people start having some problems after they do, I really want to grab it, I love the way it looks
Just received mine today. The trigger feels like it is "Dragging" against something. Is this normal? I have the 92X had the PX4, carry the P320, this was supposed to replace that heavy weapon. but i guess there is a break in period? hope it works it self out...
I have 5 berettas . I love berettas . But this APX A1 carry is totally BAD. Worst trigger I ever experienced. CRUNCHY returned for repair after one trip to range. Returned to me supposedly repaired and trigger was worst. I trade it in. I would not carry this gun
